MOTOR EQUATIONS

GIVEN PARAMETERS:-
• Motor Manufacturer : SAIETTA
• Motor Model : 119R
• Motor Weight : 12Kg
• Peak current : 290A
• Rated current :150A
• Rated voltage : 48V
• Maximum RPM : 2640rpm
• Peak torque : 48Nm
• Rated torque : 26Nm
• Armature resistance : 0.16Ω
• RPM/Volt (Kv) : 55
• Torque/Current (Kc) : 0.17

FORMULAS:-
Voltage constant (Kv) = Max RPM/Rated Voltage
= 55
Current constant (Kc) = peak torque/peak current
= 0.17
Back EMF constant (Ke) = Rated Voltage/Max RPM
= 0.0181
Armature resistance (Ra) = Rated Voltage / Peak current
= 48 / 290 = 0.16Ω
Ke (in rad / sec) = Kt
Rated Voltage / ω = Peak torque / (Peak Current x φ)
48 / 276.46 = 48 / 290 x φ
Air gap flux (φ) = 0.95
Back EMF (Eb) = Ke x φ x RPM
Armature Current (Ia) = Torque / 0.17
Terminal Voltage (Vt) = (Ia x Ra) + Eb
Power In (W in) = Vt x Ia
Power Out (W out) = Ke x Ia x RPM
Power Loss (W loss) = Ia2 x Ra
Efficiency % = (W out / W in) x 100
