This one and a half day online course provides construction personnel with knowledge of the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) and the Construction Industry Standard 7 (CIS 7). QLASSIC is a certification scheme developed by CIDB to evaluate and score the quality of completed construction projects based on CIS 7 standards. The course aims to teach participants how to properly assess projects using QLASSIC methods and procedures to encourage contractors to produce higher quality buildings. Those who complete both Level 1 and 2 of the course will be eligible to become certified QLASSIC industry assessors.

A Certificate of attendance will be accorded to
successful participants. This certificate enable Level 1

✓ Possesses an academic qualification in construction

Quantity Surveyor, Building Technology, Facility
Level 2
Management, Construction Management other
related fields.
Application to CIDB ✓ Minimum 2 years site experience in building works
Holdings (TBC) projects.

LANGUAGE MEDIUM
Notes : CIS 7 Level 2 English and Bahasa Malaysia . The training
will be started on 2021 will be conducted in a dual language.
