“Completed” column is to indicate completion of system, put OK if system is already completed – there is an
option whether completed system need to be shown in skyline or not
“Status” column is to determine bar style in skyline chart, see sheet INF to set bar style for each status – there are
9 styles in total to indicate status (status1 ~ status9)
<you can create formula resulting status number that reflect to Steps achievement, or you can change status
number by typing it manually>
You can add more columns or modify the columns as you need, but don’t delete default columns or VBA won’t
work
Make sure all the list is covered in table range
You can also put remark for each status here to identify status definition <not mandatory>
Select skyline chart plot area, above the timeline and click OK
Click Generate Skyline to generate skyline chart within the timeline inside skyline chart plot area, it may take times
to generate
If generated chart exceeds skyline plot area, clear generated chart and re- adjust timeline/ skyline chart area then
generate again
If there’s any skyline data update, click Generate Skyline to refresh the skyline
Uncheck “Show Completed Package” if you don’t want to show completed package in skyline chart
Generated skyline is clickable, try it!
