    Project Objective
    The pioneer group seek to adapt the digital transformation to it’s on going Dehradun Based
    edition “The Pioneer Edge” and create a niche audience over the digital and social media
    platforms which can latter be targeted for showing interest based ads and generate a sustainable
    revenue source of income for the newspaper.

    Proposed Strategy and Solution


    1) We propose to create an online presence for the “Pioneer Edge” on the following Social
    Media channels,
     Facebook
     Twitter
     Linkedin

    By continuously distributing user engaging content through these social media platforms
    which redirects them to the website leading to an increase in number of hits on the
    website

    2) Search Engine Optimization (seo)- search engine optimization for pioneer edge will be an
    ongoing process where by we would do a keyword research on trending topics related to
    Dehradun on a daily basis and incorporate those keywords in our content which lead to
    increase in google search result ranking of the “Pioneer Edge”

    Online Marketing Tactics

    1) Research + Create: Search Engine Optimization + Usability:


    1. Keyword research and on-page SEO recommendations – Perform keyword research for
    Pioneer Edge on trending news topics across Dehradun and optimize high-opportunity pages.
    Submit optimization analysis report with suggested keyword targeting, meta descriptions, meta
    keywords, title tags, and content changes for pages.

    2. Create a universal site map to improve search engine indexing. Submit it to Yahoo and
    Google and evaluate success.

    3. Create a robots.txt file to help improve search engine indexing and rankings.
    4. Search engine optimization consulting – Provide custom best practices report. Report
    indexing problems, identify existing technical issues, and summarize best practices for moving
    forward. Recommend strategy for the “help” and “community” sections of Company.com.
    Create keyword targeting list and monitor traffic and conversions for targeted terms.

    5. Usability consulting – prepare a customized report to identify and remove barriers to


    conversion. Recommend design and content changes to improve conversions.

    Submit onpage analytics report at the end of the month

    base over social media platforms.

    2) Create post in form of videos , gif, profile pic filters, info graphics, cartoon sketches for
    a better return on investment
    3) Facebook paid campaign for promoting the top performing post and promoting your csr
    activity
    4) Submit a detailed analytics report for you social media efforts at the end of month to find
    out what working or not working

     All costs are exclusive of applicable taxes.


     Online ad spends – shall be paid 100% in-advance for the respective month ad spends in
    the start of the month.
     Videos – shall be uploaded in “as-is-where” condition as provided by the client.
     New video creation / video editing shall be charged extra. The same amount shall be pre-
    decided before executing such works.
     All the content – shall be provided by the client except for the humorous based post .
     Regular update of the news on the website would be done by the newspaper agency itself
