    Typical Elevation for Column Reinforcement lapping and links
    Legend for Top and Bottom Bars shown in plan
    Detailing as per IS 13920 for Seismic areas for Column, beams and Shear Walls
    Additional Bars at openings, Corners, pipe sleeves
    Adequate anchorage length of bars for cantilevers
    Typical lap lengths/ curtailment lengths marked
    Dowels for Future extensions
