    Project details: PUNATSANGCHHU-1 Hydro Electric Power Project, (1200MW) BHUTAN.


    Client: PHPA -1(Punatsangchhu-1 Hydro Electric Power Authority).

    Responsibilities:
     Development of HSE strategy for the organization to implement the safe work practices
    at site and program for no harm to people and surrounding community. Minimize and
    control of all construction and hazardous waste at site. Segregate and disposed off by
    suitable means.
     Developing HSE culture, monitoring and supervising all employees to achieve the target
    of zero accident by conducting training and awareness programme at regular interval.
     Preparing HSE plan, Emergency Preparedness Plan.
     Implementing Permit to work system, Implementing LOTO Procedures for Shutdown
    activities.
     Electrical safety inspection, Vehicle & Equipment inspection etc.
