    This has reference to our pending application of building permit with the Municipal Engineer’s
    Office of the Municipality of Matalam, of which one of the requirements for the issuance of a pre-
    clearance, of which it entails some fees.

    In this connection, considering that we are a government institution, may we request that we be
    exempted from payment of such fees.
