    AFFIDAVIT OF EVIDENCE

    I, MIKAHAEL D. BAYONETTA, Filipino, of legal age, with residence at


    Lot 231, Block 214, GILGAMESH Street, Faith Stay Night, under oath, hereby
    depose and state that:

    1. Sometime in January 2018, I was engaged in a Facebook Messenger


    conversation with Ms. NIÑA A. BAYONETTA who went under the alias
    “NINA”.

    2. From 12 January 2018 until 03 March 2018, Mrs. NIÑA A. BAYONETTA


    and I engaged in various conversations.

    3. I then took screenshots of our exchanges which I then collated, the copies
    of which are attached hereto as ANNEXES “A-1” to “A-53”.

    4. I hereby attest and affirm that the reproductions of the Facebook


    Messenger messages attached hereto to my Affidavit as ANNEXES “A-1”
    to “A-53” are unaltered, reliable, and authentic reproductions of the
    original Facebook Messenger messages of Mrs. Niña Bayetta which were
    all personally received and seen by me when they were initially sent out
    by her.

    5. I am executing this Affidavit of Evidence to attest to the truth of the


    foregoing and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 04 July 2019
