Guarantor must be resident in Lagos and MUST BE
1 Junior Staff (FO3-SUPERVISOR GRADE) within the age bracket of 30 – 65years
First guarantor MUST BE a civil servant on a minimum of
Grade level 8 and above or is a Senior Government
official. (Guarantor must provide official means of ID)
Second guarantor can be any of the following:

 A certified professional from a recognized


professional body e.g. ICAN, CIPM, ACCA etc.
 A religious leader from a recognized religious
institution ONLY like Senior Pastors/Imam, CEOs
Guarantor must be resident in Lagos and MUST BE
2 Mid Staff Level (ET- BO) within the age bracket of 30 – 65years
Civil Servant Level 12 or a certified First guarantor MUST BE a civil servant on a minimum of
professional from a recognized Grade level 10 and above or a Senior Government official.
