This is a Term policy with NO return of premiums at the end of policy term. (option 1 – Life)
This is a Term policy with return of BASE premiums - Total Premiums Paid (excluding loading for modal
premiums) will be returned on survival till maturity. (option 2 – Life plus)

Life - Upon Death of life assured, Sum assured on Death will be paid as Lumpsum benefit to the
Nominee.
Life plus - In case the life assured survives till maturity, an amount equal to the 105% of the Total
Premiums Paid (excluding loading for modal premiums) towards the benefit option shall be payable
at the end of the Policy Term, provided the policy is not terminated earlier.
Top up –
Provided the premium payment term is at least 5 years, the policyholder can opt to exercise the Top-SA
option at the time of purchase of the policy. Under this option the life cover shall increase by a fixed
percentage of 5% every year of the Base SA chosen at inception till the earlier of:
The maximum sum assured eligibility as per the Board-approved Underwriting Policy (BAUP)
is breached
The outstanding premium payment term becomes less than 13 months
The outstanding policy term becomes less than the minimum allowed under the product
The attained age becomes higher than maximum entry age allowed under the product

InstaProtect –
The product offers an InstaProtect benefit where prospective policyholders will receive the Base SA (subject
to maximum of ` 3 Crores) as a lumpsum in the event of accidental death of the life assured during the
application underwriting stage. The death should happen within 180 days from the accident.
Please note that premiums MAY be revised depending on the overall risk assessment conducted by our
underwriting team. In case of revision in premium, will you receive an intimation of our revised offer and
your consent will be obtained to proceed with issuance of your policy.

Electronic-Insurance Account is a dematerialized account that provides you a single view of policies across
any Insurance company. Your insurance policy details will be available in your e-IA account post issuance

Freelook period:
Freelook period: You have an option to CANCEL your policy details during the free look period which
is 15 days from receipt of your policy. (Applicable if below 7.2 condition is not met)

is 30 days from the date of credit to EIA Account. (Applicable only for policies wherein EIA option is selected)
We understand that you have read and signed the Customer Consent Document while filling the
application form. i.e. the One Page Declaration with the key policy features mentioned in it. (Applicable
only if - Good Connect & channels are IBL, CBI, Citi & HDFC if Digitized CDF option is not selected).
We understand that you have read the declaration on Customer Declaration Form and provided
consent via OTP. (Applicable only if Good Connect & HDFC – Digitized CDF option is selected)
