Goldilocks and the Three Bears
Student Name: Ryan
Role: Papa Bear
Narrator: Once upon a time, right on the edge of the forest lived
the golden-haired girl. This golden yellow-haired girl's name was
Goldilocks. She had such amazing and admirable locks that everyone
who saw her was mesmerized. But, despite her sweetness, at times
she could be a rather naughty little girl. Every time she stepped out
to play her parents would have to warn her to behave.
G’s Mum: Darling please stay in the backyard and don’t go into
the woods.
G’s Dad: And don’t play for too long. Breakfast will be ready
soon.
Goldilocks: Sure, Mum and Dad. I shall definitely play in the

backyard.
Narrator: Deep into the forest in a shack lived a bear family: A

huge Papa bear, a small mother bear and a tiny baby bear. One
morning mama bear made some porridge for breakfast and papa bear
said,
Papa Bear: This porridge is too hot, let’s go for a walk.
Mama Bear: That’s a good idea.
Papa & Mama Bear (in unison): Let’s go Baby Bear!
Baby Bear: Cool. I can’t wait to eat the porridge when we get back.
Narrator: So, off they went on a walk while their porridge was left
to cool. The same morning Goldilocks was playing in the backyard
while waiting for her mom to prepare breakfast. But she was so
bored of playing in the same yard all the time. And she was very
curious about the deep parts of the forest.
Goldilocks: What would happen if I just went for a walk into the

woods.
Narrator: She looks around seeing that no one was around and
wanders into the forest and comes across the house of the bear
family. Goldilocks was very hungry from her run, she smelled the
porridge and she walked in. Goldilocks sees three bowls of porridge
on the table. First she tries the huge bowl of porridge and she says,
Goldilocks: Ouch, this porridge is very hot.
Narrator: Then she tries the small bowl of porridge and she says,
Goldilocks: Yuck, this porridge is very cold.
Then she tries the tiny bowl of porridge and she says.
Goldilocks: Mmmm, this porridge is just right.
Narrator: And she ate it all up. After eating all of baby bear’s
yummy porridge, Goldilocks looks for a place to sit in the cottage.
She finds three chairs and tries Papa Bear’s huge chair and she says,
Goldilocks: This chair is very soft.
Narrator: Next, she tries Mama Bear’s chair
Goldilocks: This chair is very hard.
Narrator: Then she tries Baby bear’s chair
Goldilocks: This chair is just right.
Narrator: She sat down on baby bear’s chair until (The chair breaks
and she falls on to the floor)
Goldilocks: Oh oh!
Narrator: Goldilocks begins to feel very sleepy and she goes

upstairs to find three beds. First she tries Papa Bear’s huge bed.
Goldilocks: This bed is very soft.
Narrator: Next she tries Mama Bear’s small bed.
Goldilocks: Ouch, this bed is very hard.
Narrator: Then she tries baby bear’s tiny bed.
Goldilocks: Aaaaah, this bed is just right. I love it.
Narrator: She curls up with the pillow and falls fast asleep in baby
bear’s bed. As Goldilocks was fast asleep in baby bear’s bed, the
three bears returned from their walk. Papa bear sat down at his
bowl of porridge and says,
Papa Bear: Somebody’s been eating my porridge.
Narrator: And then Mama bear found her bowl of porridge and said,
Mama Bear: Somebody’s been eating my porridge.
Narrator: And then baby bear finds his porridge and says,
Baby Bear: My porridge is all gone.
Narrator: Now, the three bears walked to their chairs and Papa
Bear said,
Papa: Somebody’s been sitting on my chair.
Narrator: And then Mama bear says,
Mama: Somebody’s been sitting on my chair.
Narrator: And then baby bear looks at his chair and says,
Baby Bear: Somebody broke my chair.
Narrator: Then the three bears went upstairs to check out their
beds and Papa bear said,
Papa: Somebody’s been sleeping in my bed.
Narrator: Then Mama bear checks out her bed and said,
Mama: Somebody’s been sleeping in my bed.
Narrator: And baby bear went to check out his bed and said,
Baby Bear: LOOK! A GIRL IS SLEEPING IN MY BED RIGHT

THERE.
Narrator: Goldilocks wakes up and sees the three bears and

screams..
Goldilocks: AAAAAAAAAH BEARS.
Narrator: She got so scared, she went out of the house and started
running without looking back. She got breathless from running but
she did not stop and she didn't even know which way to go. Right at
that moment, she saw her parents coming across from the forest as
they went out looking for her. She ran to her parents and embraced
them.
G’s Mum and Dad: Where were you? We were so worried about
you.
Goldilocks: I am sorry, Mum and Dad. I promise from now on I

shall always listen to you and never leave home without letting
you know.
Narrator: From that day on as she swore that she will always listen
to her parents and do nothing without their permission, she was a
well-behaved and kind girl forever. THE END

Narrator: Goldilocks wakes up and sees the three bears and
