Statement of Purpose
To establish a persistent focus on learning by facilitating regular opportunities for student and teacher growth through
consistent review of pedagogical practices, student learning, and achievement, collaboration with families and community
organizations, fostering a safe and orderly environment while empowering students to take an active role in their
educational experience.

Vision
My vision is to foster a community of lifelong learners, who aspire to achieve their full potential, and provide a supportive
and engaging learning environment where students and staff feel safe, respected, and loved.

Educational Leadership Philosophy

I believe the development of emotional intelligence in students and teachers is a conduit for academic success and
professional and personal growth. A school culture infused with emotional intelligence fosters effective communication,
intrinsic motivation, and the ability to recognize, understand, label, express, and regulate emotions.
As a servant leader, I believe in the importance of encouraging the success of students and teachers by developing,
implementing, and stewarding the vision of the school; focusing on the growth and well-being of my school community,
encouraging diversity of thought, fostering leadership in others, and creating a positive school culture built on trust,
communication, and positive relationships.
