• Pencil therapy:
Our pencil therapy is the foremost unique
feature developed by our senior psychologists. It
has flourished to aid the worst of our cases just
by using a pencil. The theories we had come up
with a simple pencil helps our clients to learn
new life lessons.
• Music therapy:
Music can have a heartfelt effect on both the
emotions and the body. Music therapy is more
effective in relieving stress. As per our survey
conducted in 2016 with a group of 55
youngsters has manifested that soft music has
a great effect in reducing the extent of stress
and depression.
• Self-love therapy:
As per our self-love therapy, we narrate
remarkable stories based on our client’s
interest. Our message helps them to overcome
their hardships in life and start loving
themselves.

clients, information regarding NIRVANA’S fee
structure and willingness to accept stakes of
option.
