INTRODUCTION:

According to the World Health Organization,


India is one of the most depressed countries in
the world. While around 9% of people in the
country say they have experienced extended
periods of depression at least once within their
lifetime, nearly 36% have suffered from Major
Depressive Episodes (MDE).
Yes, chronic depression might not be the ideal
topic for an elevator conversation. But people
think it is perfectly alright to discuss swine flu
or dengue in public.
One could argue it’s because they could be
deadly and we can actually see people suffering
from them. What we don’t realize is that
depression can be deadly too and we can see
people suffering if we choose to look.
Going to see a doctor for depression should
ideally be as normal as visiting a physician for
diabetes. But our society does not consider it
“normal” because there is a stigma attached to
mental health issues
ABOUT US:

NIRVANA provides therapy and support groups


for a wide range of emotional and behavioural
issues. These can range from therapy for
depression, grief counselling, anxiety and much
more.
Our foundation also focuses on suicide
prevention and provides a 24/7 suicide
prevention helpline. But for those who are just
looking for support, we do organize support
groups for people suffering from bipolar,
schizophrenic disorders, and families affected
by suicide.
Our services include:

1. Music therapy (making them learn to


play an instrument to relieve pain)
2. Games (includes laughing, mini-
vacations, drawing, sports and many
more)
3. Self-love therapy (conducting personality
tests)
4. Interactive sessions with the recovered
clients.
5. Webinars for Awareness on mental
health.
HISTORY:

Our organization was set up in the year 2019


with the motive of providing health services for
mentally disturbed people in India who suffer
from various mental health issues like
depression, anxiety, panic disorder etc. First, we
were specialized in providing services for curing
depression and anxiety.
Now we grew into a larger organization and
started providing numerous mental health
services starting from suicide prevention to self-
growth.
When we first started, we didn’t have much
financial support and were not able to hire much
employees either. We couldn’t utilize promotional
tools like advertisement due to monetary issues
but our company blew up as we indulged in
affiliate marketing where our prosperity began to
grow. Also, clients played an important role in
our growth by providing testimonials.
Our motive for starting this initiative was simple.
We felt that everyone deserves peace of mind.

interactive so that one never gets bored to attend our
sessions. Through our programme one gets enlightened
about the exact meaning of stress, which helps them to
differentiate between tension, anxiety, stress and
depression. Our counselling programs has brought light
to many pure souls.

2. The reasons behind awareness


webinars:
As, many families have this superstitious belief that only
mentally sick people go to a psychiatrist or attend the
counselling sessions. We have specially designed our
webinars to spread awareness on what is counselling, its
effects and how one can get benefitted from counselling
programs.

3. Motive behind our interactive


sessions:
Our interactive sessions are specially organised for our
clients to interact with our formerly recovered clients to
get inspired from them and find inner peace and this will
also help them to overcome social anxiety and gain
emotional stability.

UNIQUE FEATURES:

• Pencil therapy:
Our pencil therapy is the foremost unique
feature developed by our senior psychologists. It
has flourished to aid the worst of our cases just
by using a pencil. The theories we had come up
with a simple pencil helps our clients to learn
new life lessons.

• Music therapy:
Music can have a heartfelt effect on both the
emotions and the body. Music therapy is more
effective in relieving stress. As per our survey
conducted in 2016 with a group of 55
youngsters has manifested that soft music has
a great effect in reducing the extent of stress
and depression.
• Self-love therapy:
As per our self-love therapy, we narrate
remarkable stories based on our client’s
interest. Our message helps them to overcome
their hardships in life and start loving
themselves.
• Games and other Fun filled activities.
WEB PLAN SUMMARY:
The website will be used as a resource that
prospective companies and clients can view to
gain more information about the programme. In
essence it is NIRVANA’S brochure. On the site,
there will be information about the management
of the company and corresponding bios
indicating all of their experience. Also, on the
website will be a list of the present and the past
clients, information regarding NIRVANA’S fee
structure and willingness to accept stakes of
option.

WEBSITE MARKETING DESIGN:


The marketing of the website will consist of
submitting it to the popular search engines. The
website will be used more as a information tool
that prospective companies can be sent to for
more information about “NIRVANA” as opposed
to marketing the website in order for the website
to develop new leads.
DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The development requirements will entail hiring
an individual to develop and produce the site.
