We have been successful in improving process results, reducing power consumptions to

great extent, reducing the batch times, reducing catalyst consumption, reducing capital cost

with optimum design while maintaining a great mechanical reliability with our products.

Apart from the above said manifold benefits, our pay-back period solely on the basis of power

consumption for our equipments is as low as 6 - 10 months.

We have also improved heat transfer rates (heat transfer coefficient) by means of static mixer

elements in shell and tube heat exchangers (15-20% increase in ho for marginal pressure

drop), increased mass transfer rates at same power levels in gas dispersion / mixing

applications.

We have achieved better blends and blend time in ribbon blender with improved helix profile

of the mixing arms.
