    Course Overview
    The main objective in Spanish 3 is to continue developing,
    communicative competency in listening, speaking, reading, and
    writing skills. Cultural competency will also be studied and
    explored.

    Grading Categories

    70% - vocabulary exercises,


    knowledge checks, practice

    30% - Tests and projects

    Tutorials
    Students can attend tutorials with any of the Spanish 3 teachers. You need to
    email the teacher on the schedule and let them know you will be attending tutorials
    that day and the reason why to maximize tutorial time. Email addresses:

    DO NOT USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE OR ANY OTHER
    TRANSLATING SERVICE AT ALL.
    It's easy to tell when it is used based on grammar, syntax,
    context, and tone.
    Keep in mind that you are a LANGUAGE LEARNER;
    therefore, your English skills will be much more advanced
    than your Spanish skills.
    To receive credit for an assignment, you will have to
    submit an original piece of work that YOU wrote directly in
    Spanish.
    Work that is either translated or is not original to the
    student will be subject to a grade below 70 until new,
    original work is submitted.

    Late work will be subject to a


    deduction of 10 points per day.
