Indila Ltd is a full-service general contractor specializing in the transportation

of a wide range of construction and building related materials such as all kind
of sand, aggregates to the building, construction industries and individuals.
Indila Ltd was incorporated on 16th day of June 2021 (about 3 weeks ago) as a
company limited by shares, registered with 8002003160391 as the Company
Number. Its establishment was guided by the Companies act of the Laws of
Uganda. The company is yet to commence business.

Founded by a team of engineers, drivers and business specialists with vast

knowledge and experience in the construction, and logistics management, our
team is composed of technically skilled and highly dedicated personnel that
work cohesively to promote value-added solutions with a competitive pricing
structure to suit your needs. Indila Ltd is committed to delivering cost effective,
reliable and sustainable services that drive results. We take pride in
positioning ourselves as a partner to our clients assisting them in achieving
optimal precision, performance and results.

Indila Ltd has been hiring trucks to provide services but will soon possesses an
equipment fleet of Sinotruk Trucks, dump trucks and a comprehensive range
of small Tippers just to mention a few worth hundreds of millions of Uganda
Shillings and a virtually unlimited bonding capacity. The company is driven by
the desire for client satisfaction which is achieved by focusing on the quality of
all aspects of the construction material from general advice on budget costs,
planning, procurement, and the design through to the onsite construction and
hand over. Our commitment is to deliver outstanding results that will exceed
your expectations.

The company partners with some of the construction material suppliers in

Uganda to ensure that high quality sand, stone dust, aggregates and murram
are supplied. Moreover, we continuously look for new products and enhance
our services to serve our customers better.

Indila Ltd is a marketing-oriented company, having a well trained and

experienced marketing & sales team that will soon be based in the major
outskirts of Kampala city, be in position to make one-to-one sales calls to our
customers and promote our brand. We hope to establish distribution network
throughout the Kampala metropolitan.

Quality Inspections

Our Quality inspections are conducted on a daily basis via Internal auditing of
operational services. Inspections are carried out at various sites by the quality
Inspectors throughout the project area with the contract zone. The basic
purpose of inspections is to verify operational services in accordance with the
client’s requirements by:

i. Identifying internal service deficiencies

ii. Informing the operations Departments to take immediate and effective
corrective actions
iii. Improving operational services for overall company performance
iv. Taking effective measures to reduce the number of complaints

Quality inspections are performed based on pre-defined plans Quality

Inspection and Test Plans (QITPS) are prepared on weekly basis and are then
approved by the executive management. According to the approved plans, the
scheduled districts are inspected by the designated quality Inspector. Internal
deficiencies are reported to the call center in order to initiate correct actions by
the operational team.

At the end of every inspection day, the quality inspector discusses all identified
internal deficiencies with the senior responsible operational staff for corrective
and preventive actions to taken.

The performance of weakly inspections is reported to the management and our

concerned client
