    Subject : Critical Working Days for the month of July 2021

    The OfficePartners360 WFXMD – Comp Intel & CI-QA are expected to have 100% staffing at all time to meet the Service
    Level Requirements of the client. Complete staffing allows us to provide optimum support for client need and sure
    company success.
    Critical Work Days
    The Company may declare certain days as critical. The Management Team of the respective accounts are also
    empowered to declare certain days as critical work days depending on the specific staffing needs of the client.
    Notice shall be given at least 24 hours before the critical work day. Any unauthorized absence during a critical
    work day shall be subject to disciplinary action.
    As part of your standard job requirements, we ask for your usual cooperation to adhere to your scheduled shifts during
    the critical period stated above in order for us to deliver 100% customer satisfaction that will sustain our positive
    relationship with our client.
    In order to ensure we meet this requirement for our program, the days below will be considered critical working days:

    • July 5, 2021 to July 9, 2021


    • July 12, 2021 to July 16, 2021
    • July 19, 2021 to July 23, 2021
    • July 26, 2021 to July 30, 2021
    During this Critical Working Period, any employee who is found negligent and/or incurs an infraction of his/her scheduled
    shift may be sanctioned accordingly based on the Employee Handbook.
