Based on the self-assessment, I have the following areas for improvement: - Participating fully in workplace meetings and discussions. I tend to be quiet but will work on speaking up more. - Perfecting some technical skills like vehicle maintenance and servicing. While I understand concepts, I need more hands-on experience. - Fully observing all traffic rules, especially when under pressure or in unfamiliar areas.
