Greetings from United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary – Northwest Samar State
University (UAPSA-NwSSU) Chapter!

We, the UAPSA NwSSU-Chapter, an organization at your campus, Northwest Samar State
University, would like to organize a team building activity for the newly appointed officers of
the abovementioned organization. The team building activity will be on August 27, 2021 at
Burabod Picnic Grove, Sta. Margarita, Samar. This is to bringing out the social skills of every
officer. To create good team work and camaraderie among team members. To build strong bond
to each other for us to work as one in the organization. To improve our skills in problem-solving.
The theme of the said activity is Arki Building: “Building Great Foundations for A Greater
UAPSA”

In this regard we would like to seek permission to your good office to please allow as to conduct
an outside activity in the name of our good university, Northwest Samar State University.
