p 39, eq (3.4): should read [1 : nen × ndf] rather than [1 : nen]
p 46, eq (3.15) & p 46, eq (3.22): KUU[2,4] should read -6667, rather than 6667
p 62, Pu table: Py column entry of -9000 should be in row 3 rather than row 2
p 66, ied table: third row of index e should read as 3 rather than 2
p 70, Paragraph 2: insert “node 2 of” element 3. Remove first two rows of table and change 9547 to 3840.
p 72, Paragraph 2: ied and ien should be switched to read addForce(Fe,ied,ien,idu,nen)
p 74, First vector should read {0 0 0 -9000}; second vector should read {-20000 0 -20480 -24360}
