    This letter confirms that you have direct contact with International Plum Blossom Association
    Head Office and that we welcome your assistance in helping us to arrange compensation
    payments to private persons and to various warehouses who hold various assets such as
    currency and exotic gold bonds and other historical asset that belong to Plum Blossom
    Association.

    We have no interest in assets that are NOT registered in the banking system under the name of
    Plum Blossom. If it is registered in the name of Plum Blossom within the banking system, then
    the only way for anyone to make money legally, is through this process of Custodial Services
    and Salvage Compensation. We appreciate your efforts to assist those who are unsure of the
    origin of the assets they hold.

    Plum Blossom Association wish to ensure that warehouses are paid and that any person holding
    our assets is duly compensated for either Custodial Services or for Salvage and Recovery of
    our assets. We thank you for assisting us to get these contracts in place so that payment to our
    Holders is guaranteed. All warehouses and holders that have Plum Blossom assets can only
    receive a guarantee of lawful payment if they have a fully executed compensation agreement.

    We wish to thank you for your great efforts in assisting us and we cordially wish you all the
    very best in your endeavors working together with our Assistant Manager Mr Jean Francois
    Fohrer.
