I am working at PARCO as "Mechanical Technician" from 29-july 2018 to till now.


Now a day I am working as “Mechanical Technician" (Maintenance Department) Pak-Arab Refinery on
Permanent staff. It is a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and Abu-Dhabi & has the refining capacity
of 120,000 barrels per day (5.4 million metric tons per annum).

My Current Job Responsibilities Include preventive, Corrective and breakdown Maintenance of refinery main
process area Machinery.

 Working methodology includes receiving work requests from supervisor, conducting job site visit,
arrangement of resources & taking work permits.
 Comply with company HSE policies and work permit procedures.
 Attend group safety meetings, conduct safety talks to the crew.

piston, piston rings, rider rings, Suction & Discharge valves and Refurbishment of Suction & Discharge
valves.
 Maintenance & overhauling of single/ multi-stage Centrifugal Pumps, including Replacement of Rotors,
Mechanical seals, Bearings, Wear Rings.
 Maintenance & overhauling of centrifugal compressor.
 Maintenance & overhauling of Positive displacement Pumps, including Replacement of Diaphragms,
Plungers, pulsation bladders & Bearings.
 Maintenance of Electric motors (Bearings replacement).
 Refurbishment of single/ dual Mechanical Seals.
 Precision measurement Tools using depth gauges, micrometer, vernier calipers etc.
 Maintenance & overhauling of Stationary Equipment i.e. Valves, Pressure Safety Valves Pressure Relief
Valves.
 Overhauling of Steam Turbines.
 Preventive Maintenance and Overhauling of Air Fan Coolers Overhauling of Flare Dampers Bearings and
Expansion Bellows.

Bearings Inspection and Clearances.
