BARANGAY HALL ON AUGUST 1, 2021 AT 9:00 IN THE MORNING.

RESOLUTION NO. 3 – S, 2021

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING SK CHAIRMAN, LLOYD E. BANDA BE THE


AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES IN THE BANK, BY THE MAJORITY OF THE MEMBER OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY 7, POBLACION, CAMALIG, ALBAY.”

WHEREAS, under the provision of the Local Government Code of 1991, the
authorization for the bank signatories is hereby manifested by the Sangguniang
Kabataan for consideration.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan considered the SK Chairman as the


authorized bank signatory.

WHEREFORE, On motion of SK Kgwd. Ian Joshua B. Reamon, duly seconded by


SK Kgwd. Loridel M. Guerrero; be it.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, A resolution approving that the SK


Chairman be the authorized signatories in the bank.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Municipal


Accountant, Department of Interior and Local Government and other concerned
government line agencies.
