Principle I. Leadership and Governance


Project TEAMS (Total Enhancement of Activities in Managing School)

It allows the internal stakeholders of greater control over the educational


processes by giving them the responsibility to decide on school concerns like
budget, personnel, resources, curriculum and other necessities. Master Teachers as
the prime movers in the transfer of skills and expertise to new teachers, regularly
conduct LAC sessions which target to address the need of both teachers and pupils.

Principle II. Curriculum and Instruction


Project SJWCS CONNECTED

The leaders of SJWCS recognize the importance of providing internet


connection in the entire school premises to enable quick access to quality and
updated resources and information, excellent and innovative services to stimulate
creativity, intellectual curiosity and growth to every learning and teaching experience
of pupils and teachers. Project SJWCS Connected allows the fast transfer of
electronic files and reports. ICT together with Internet Connection help teachers in
preparation of instructional materials and learning activities for the learners.

Principle III. Accountability and Improvement


Project MAKALUSOG (Mamamayan Kabalikat sa Paglusog)

School breakfast program being given to undernourished pupils aims to alleviate


malnutrition and get children into school and help to keep them there, through enhancing
enrollment and reducing absenteeism; and once the children are in school, this contribute to
their learning, through avoiding hunger and enhancing cognitive abilities. Severely wasted
pupils were also educated about proper and balanced diet to achieve healthy body.

Principle IV. Management of Resources


Transparency in Resource Generation and Fund Management

San Juan West Central School monthly reports to its stakeholders through the use of
transparency boards that contain all MOOE, PTA, Canteen funds and allocations for every
month which is also discussed in Faculty Meetings, General Assemblies, and Homeroom
PTA meetings. PTA projects are properly documented and liquidated. Donations whether in
cash or in kind are always confirmed through a Deed of Donation and Acceptance.
