VII. Implementation Concerns (top 5 issues encountered in the implementation)

1. This time where enemies are not seen, a lot of things are affected, especially the learners.
Conflicting time and schedules in conducting meeting and orientations and delivering on the
assessment.
2. Legazpi City is currently under the GCQ period , so the implementation is LIMITED to the
tutees of the same household only. (July 15, 2021 LGU Legazpi will update regarding the GCQ
implementation.)
3. The implementation of the program is on the peak of the last quarter of the SY 2020-2021
where yearend reports (many to mention) are also at its zenith.
4. Budget, time, and extra effort are needed in this endeavor. Full commitment and willingness
to implement are highly needed.
5. No available readymade daily reading log for tutors (reading lesson guide), reading materials
according to the level of learners, educational supplies, health kits (face shield, facemasks,
alcohol), snacks and candies available. (seeking for sponsors)

VIII. Lessons Learned

1. The purpose of this activity is highly beneficial to all especially to the learners, but
due to health treat and increasing numbers of COVID-19 positive finding, some are
hesitant to do be part of this endeavor. (Safety is also a priority)

2. Time is untimely in the implementation. If I may suggest that it should be introduced
and implemented during the vacation time not during or at the last quarter of the SY
2020 – 2021.
3. Not all the teachers are a reading teacher, so, there is a must to train them first and
re-orient them first.
4. Time is essential, proper time management must be observed and applied. Still,
5. Be prepared physically, mentally, emotionally, and ready all the schedule with
appropriate materials and reading activity sheets.
