Description:
An ADAPTAMED EMR is a digital version of a paper chart in a clinician’s office. It contains
the medical treatment history of the patients in one practice. An EMR allows a clinician to track
data over time, easily identify which patients are due for preventive screenings.
An EMR is said to make the process of patient record-keeping easier, more accurate and
comprehensive and more efficient. Doctors use specialized software EMR, which allow them to
enter information electronically and makes patient’s complete history available immediately.
Physicians can use a desktop, laptop to navigate through patient’s chart and record notes.
An EMR May include a range of data, including demographics, medical history,
medication and allergies, immunization status, laboratory test results, radiology images, vital
signs, personal statistics like age and weight of a patient.

Health care Clinics need to submit some reports to ONC in order to check provider quality
of treatment. Providers will get incentives based on the quality of treatment by using reports
required by the ONC.
providers need some reports regarding the patient information and health conditions and
insurance reports like this. We have moved data from OLAP system to OLAP system to give these
types of reports.
