Mang Inasal
- The chain was created in 1993 by the Tanalgo siblings; Rose, Bing and
JM. It started as a small store in Mandaluyong where customers simply buy and
go. A year later, renovations have been made and that patrons could dine at the
place.
On May 30, 2009, the first-ever Inasal Festival was held in Bacolod City.
For their efforts in promoting inasal nationwide, BCI was commended by the
city's mayor Evelio Leonardia who presented them a trophy.
II. Evaluation of service
Mang Inasal
Based on our interview the best seller meal as of now is their “Inasal Chicken
Barbeque w/ unlimited rice” promo. But wait there’s more; they also have a ‘Bangus
Sisig” that slowly to be known. Some of their branches serve their rice wrap in
banana leaves. But then, their average check is a confidential thing so that they don’t
want to talk about it.
Their chicken inasal and their complete course meal are the famous dishes in this
restaurant. Bacolod Chicken Inasal has more menus to choose from and the ambience
is nice. Like in Mang Inasal they do not want to revile their average check.
III. S.W.O.T Analysis

I actually go for Mang Inasal, because their chicken seems tastier to me.
Their prices are also affordable and the fact that you even get unlimited rice and a
bowl of Sinigang for free. Because of this, their restaurant is more popular than
others.
On the other hand Bacolod Chicken Inasal has more menus to choose from
and the ambience is nicer than Mang Inasal but to be honest I don't really like
their chicken, it’s not as tasty as Mang Inasal.
