Ranjan wanted to become more popular among his peers and teachers, and he wanted to excel in all
subjects, particularly Organisational behaviour. He always thinks about high achievement goal. He is
self-motivated, brilliant, energetic type of person but sometimes he could be overconfident and also
could not communicate with group member. Ranjan thought that any of the case analyses presented
by other groups in the class were inferior than his own. He depends always on group member
kumar.

Ranjan made a huge error in his study and analysis of a case, and as a result, his and his team's
performance on an assigned project fell down. He just predicated his entire analysis on several
figures that were incomplete, resulting in the failure of the group. Later, he began to think about the
events that brought him to the present situation and wondered how things could have gone wrong.

He is self-motivated, brilliant, energetic type of person. One of the good things is that he passed the
CAT and enrolled in well know institute at the age of 21 and other were elder than him.
