These are the façade design options created for the Institution Building.
1. Consists of brick jaali-work on the frontal façade to accentuate a
welcoming feeling to the students.

between the interior and exterior environment.

OFFICE EXPERIENCE : VIEWS OF THE TRAINEE

OFFICE ENVIRONMENT :

The Office Environment at ORIGIN ASSOCIATES, was very professional, warm and enjoyable. Due to Covid-19 lockdown, I
had to Work-From-Home starting from 15th May’20 to !5th July’20. There was good communication between the principal
architects during this time. The work assigned to me was properly conveyed. Both the principal architects and senior architect
were warm and helped me gain a lot of practical knowledge.

WORK SCHEDULE AND TIMINGS:


Office Timings – 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Sometimes, overtime was expected when there were deadline restrictions.

TYPE OF WORK:
Desk work – Drafting, Estimation, Presentation, Rendering, etc.
Client Meeting – Common for me and fellow intern, Shantanu Katre (Student of ASAD), at Mumbai to meet the Executive
Engineer for drawing/estimates approval.

INTERACTION WITH ARCHITECT:


Interaction with the Principal Architects was professional, warm and enjoyable.

APPROXIMATE MONTHLY STIPEND :


Rs. 6000/- per month. Received entire payment of the entire duration of employment.
