1.1 Introduction
This section includes the BIOS settings for the IMMULITE 2000/2000 XPi control-side and
user side-motherboards.
A 10G hard drive may be used, but it will be seen as an 8.4G hard drive.
Type : Auto
LBA/Large Mode : On
Block Mode : On
11. Use the Esc key to return to the Standard Setup window.
12. In the Standard Setup window select the Sec Slave icon (using the arrow keys) and
press Enter. Match the Secondary Slave Hard Disk window to the following settings:

13. Press the Esc key to return to the Standard Setup window.
14. In the Standard Setup window select the Date/Time icon (using the arrow keys) and
press Enter. Set the date and time (using the arrow keys and + ,- keys).
15. Press Enter to return to the Standard Setup window.
16. In the Standard Setup window select the "Floppy A" icon (using the arrow keys). Select
Not Installed, and press Enter. Select the option: 1.44 MB 3 ½.
17. Press Enter to return to the Standard Setup window.
18. In the Standard Setup window select the "Floppy B" icon (using the arrow keys) and
press Enter. Select the option: Not Installed.
19. Press Enter to return to the Standard Setup window.
20. Press the Esc key to exit the Standard Setup window.
21. In the Setup window select the Advanced icon (using the arrow keys) and press Enter.
Match the Advanced Setup window to the following settings:

22. Press the Esc key to exit the Advanced Setup window.
23. In the Setup window select the Chipset icon (using the arrow keys), and press Enter.
Match the Chipset Setup window to the following:

25. In the Setup window select the Power Mgmt icon (using the arrow keys) and press
Enter. Match the Power Management Setup window to the following:

28. In the Setup window select the PCI/PnP icon (using the arrow keys) and press Enter.

30. In the Setup window select the Peripheral icon using the arrow keys, and press Enter.

exit the system BIOS.
32. In the Exit Setup window select Save changes and Exit, then press Enter.
