The material must be carefully written and proofread. It should be checked for spelling and
grammatical errors. Papers should clearly describe the background of the subject, the authors'
contribution, including the methods used, results, and conclusions. [Paragraph]
The Full Paper must be written in English within 11 points Arial font. The text should be justified. Full
papers should have a minimum length of 6 pages, and cannot exceed 15 pages.
All accepted papers will be published in the online book of abstracts and will be made accessible from
the website. Please carefully follow the guidelines in this guide.
This document itself is formatted in the same way as the congress so it should look similar on paper.
You can access styles for titles, paragraphs, and other styles directly from the Quick Style Menu in
Word. You can either copy and paste your finished text into the template or use the ‘write into
destination' option to paste it into the template. Do not edit the document's predefined formatting
settings (such as paper size, orientation, margins, typeface, size, indents, spacing, headings,
etc.).Text format
A uniform appearance will assist the reader to read the paper of the proceedings. It is therefore
suggested to authors use the example of this file to construct their papers.
If you are copying and pasting text from another document in which the formatting is different, it’s
highly recommended to use the paste special function in MS Word and choosing the "Keep Text Only"
option
Please use US spelling. For example, color not colour; behavior not behaviour; [school] program not
programme; center not centre; organization not organisation; analyze not analyse, etc. Page
Numbers
The first time acronyms are used in text or references, spell them out. The acronym can be used, for
example, to refer to the Organization of United Nations (UN). In a subsequent reference, OUN reports
on... The United Nations (UN) (1989).

Equations must be written in a word processor with no handwritten symbols to make the equation
legible. Equations must be numbered sequentially with parenthesis and right justified.
Tables and figures must be embedded in the text, close to the first appearance. Figures and tables
are referred to in text by their number, as seen in Table 1... (not tab., fig. or Fig). Figures should be
numbered in the order they appear in the paper (e.g. Figure 1, Figure 2). The tables should not split
over the page.
Each table has a descriptive title and appropriate heading. Each table and/or figure must have a title
without referring to the text. Do not type the captions on the figures, only the legends should be typed.
Table names must be above the table; diagram or figure names below the diagram or figure.
Tables should be formatted as Table 1 (below): first column justified and the rest in column. Horizontal
table grid lines should be used. Add a paragraph following a table.

Citations
The entire citation should follow the APA style 7TH ed. (use citefast.com)
When citing with three or more authors, the style is the main author's last name followed by et al.
An end note should be provided at the end of the paper. All references should be arranged in
alphabetical order. Please do the following (cf. References).
Acknowledgements
Any acknowledgement sections should be located in the end of the article and before the references
section.
