McDonald's is the world's largest fast food chain, and it is a worldwide
corporation. McDonald's can be found in 120 countries and territories around
the world. They serve almost 54 million people each day. More McDonald's
food is sold in the United States than in any other area, which means that it is
McDonald's largest market. Europe is McDonald's second largest market.

The restaurants are either operated by the company or more commonly under a
Franchising arrangement, where the business is owned and operated by an
individual to the standards set by McDonald's and with support from the
McDonald's company. The company provides a central source of supply for
food items and standardized menu.

Elements used in my print advertisement
1.Layout :- The layout is a blue print of the print ad where it is decided as to
what should be the position of the headline,what colour should be used
etc.Therefore the blue print was first developed by me to decide upon the
size,colour,and placement of various pictures and headlines.

2.Headline :- I have tried to make the headline attention grabbing. The


headline tells the unique selling proposition of the product McVeggie by
McDonald’s. It also tells us about the special feature of the product.

It is also like a puzzle , so that the reader will read further that how a junk food
can turn healthy.

3.Subheading :- The subheading explain about the product. It tells the


reader that McDonald uses fresh vegetables in the product and it tells that why
product is healthy and can be eaten by all people conscious about their health.It
also explains the benefits to the customer that it is offering.

4.Visuals:- As a part of the visuals I have used the logos of McDonald and
also the picture of the burger so that in one look the reader can identify the
brand whose ad is being displayed . Also the colours used in the advertisement
is good to make it look simple and attractive.

Target audience
In this advertisement of mine I have targeted almost all the junk food lovers of
the world who are also health conscious.

And nowdays almost all people are health conscious and many of them love to
eat junk food . But these people cannot eat junk food because of their
unhealthyness.Therefore in this all these kind of people have been targeted.
Type of print media
The type of print media that is to be used for this advertisement is:-
NEWSPAPER.

I am using this as a media as it has got greater circulation and also it is


circulated on a daily basis.Therefore it has got greater reach among people.

Also as the cost incurred in the newspaper advertising is less and also more
space will be available therefore it will be more convenient for my
advertisement.
