1. Accomplish the personal assessment test.
2. Identify if the given item is primary, secondary and tertiary source of information.
3. Read the given news reports and answer the given questions.

distance of epicenter in Carmona is 300 Km, Silang is 200km, and GMA is 200km. Draw this on a piece of bond paper.
