 1. Transaction processing system:
THE system which is directly run by workers and use to
transaction to their customer/consumer and it is used to record keeping
like making invoice bills enter or exit the products or like in schools
saving the results of children and all there fee matters are worked in
transaction processing system

2. Management information system:

Management information system (MIS) ensure the flat

running of an organisation like summary report or action report
This line have to provide their daily or their routine data to their
leaders or tis line relating to like HOD’s of department of university
and have to provide report to director or deans so that they can take
decision.

3. Decision support system:

This is knowledge based system used by senior

managers this mainly interact and used to resolve issue DECISION
support system used they summary which is provided by MIS level of
manager to action on it and resolve it they make kind of chart ha detect
the main issue and resolve it.

4. Executive information system:

It is the strategic level of information that are on the top

of pyramid their information can form both internal and external
resources high level ranking officers used this type of information
system it must have anything but very tricky to used and the outcome
is generally in the form of graphical structure.

saver for organizations and the times changes and IS developing more and more
and now it become a main source of any organization that we can store millions
or billions of name in it and on time we just entre its name or other relating
information we can get his all biography in just micro-second and it is up great
with the exponential over time the IS helps in managing data by ruins the
system of paper and install all data in its small box hardware and now there is
no need of wasting time on finding file from large dusty room early times there
were chance of merging and exchanging information file for you similar it has

make a good decision and chose the best one from the alternative then you are the good
decision maker if you cannot chose the good one from the option then you cannot make right
decision for your organization because you are not a good MIS processor

who has to run mainframe system and database to small business that consist of single

INFORMATION SYSTEM (IS) help us in many ways as a business it become a very strong

data in it very simply and clearly there are several benefit to any organization or information
system it helps in improving business operation with its fast processing and it helps in saving
of time and for promoting business innovations and it is very supportive in improving in
decision making process and we read in last part that the main stage of decision making
process is to choses between alternatives and is helps in it Information systems are only one
of an almost many types of systems which may operate in an organization. An important
condition to understanding the specific role and processing of information system in an
organization is therefore a reward of the significance of the system and of the major
