    ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING ASSURANCE SERVICES
    REAL ESTATE AGENT
    In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and sufficiency of which
    is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
    1. Services
    a. Quarterly Preparation and Payment of BIR Form 2551Q otherwise known as Percentage Tax.
    b. Preparation, Computation and Filing of Annual Income Tax Return (1701)
    c. Preparation and filing of SAWT (Summary Alpha list of Withholding Taxpayers) - 2307
    d. Preparation, Computation and Filing of Quarterly Income Tax Return (1701Q)
    e. Assist in the preparation of Books of Accounts
    f. Annual Registration using BIR Form 0605
    g. Update/Annual Renewal of Books of Accounts (Gen. Journal, Gen. Ledger, Cash Receipts Journal and
    Cash Disbursement, Journal)
    h. Other services related to compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue
    The accountant shall conduct the Services in accordance with specifications set by the Client and the
    Accountant shall always observe and comply with generally accepted accounting standards and comply
    with all laws or regulations applicable to this Agreement.
    2. Standard of Performance
    Accountant hereby agrees that it shall follow the highest professional standards in performing all Services
    to be provided under this Agreement.

    3. Necessary information & Materials


    Client will be solely responsible to supply the accountant all information, materials, data, and documents
    necessary to perform the Services agreed under this Agreement. Client acknowledges and agrees that the
    accuracy of financial information supplied to Accountant is the sole responsibility of the Client.
    Accountant shall not be held responsible to produce inaccurate financial statements, records and billings,
    or any other financial reports if the financial data submitted by the Client is inaccurate.

    4. Term
    This Agreement is effective on the date written above and shall expire in September 2022. Subject for
    renewal.

    5. Payment
    During the term of this Agreement, Client shall pay the Accountant for its Services under this Agreement.
    Charges for OTHER SERVICES shall pay on its occurrence which will be included in a Monthly Statement of
    Account. Payment shall be made every month following receipt of Accountant’s SOA.

    April Annual income tax single proprietorship (1701) 6,000
    Preparation of SAWT (2307)

    May -Consultation 1,500


    -Quarterly percentage tax non-VAT (2551Q)

    July Consultation 1,500
    -Quarterly percentage tax non-VAT (2551Q)
    -Quarterly income tax (1701Q)
    October - Consultation 1,500
    -Quarterly percentage tax non-VAT (2551Q)
    -Quarterly income tax (1701Q)
    December Bookkeeping Services /year (December) 5,000
