COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS


1. The entire Theoretical Driving Course seminar will be conducted in Drive Safe Ph application / website. The
enrolled student will still need to go to the physical classroom of Smart Driving School to take the Final Exam
and receive the official LTO TDC Certificate of Completion.

2. Know that you will get a Certificate of Completion from the Website / Application of DriveSafe Ph after
finishing your TDC in the platform. The student shall present this to the staff of Smart Driving School before be
allowed to schedule their Final Examination. This can be presented either via screenshot photo or printed
copy. The student who does not possess this WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to take the Final Examination.

3. Schedule your final exam via email - smartds.online@gmail.com or through your SMART Sales
Representative. Please come on time and wear health protective gears such as face mask and face shield.
Kindly bring your own ballpen & official receipt as well. Please wear appropriate clothes for the biometrics
procedure.

4. Please know that any application / video / quizzes concerns shall be raised to the Customer Hotline and
Chat Support of Drive Safe Ph which are available inside the system.

6. Cancellation of Final Written Exam shall be made 2 days before the arranged schedule. "Chance Examinees"
or not reserved students will not be allowed to take the Final Written Exam. Confirmation of reservation will be
STRICTLY implemented.

7. Enrollment is valid for 90 days upon registration. Balance must be paid in full before the complete
registration in the system of Drive Safe Ph.

8. A charge of 30% from the total tuition fee shall be deducted for approved enrollment cancellation refunds
and/or approved course downgrading refunds. We have the right to deny refund of the fees or payment made
to compensate for the time & resources spent in preparations, purchases & other expenses directly related to
the enrollment.

9. The company reserves the right to cancel, stop or postpone the lessons / examination at any time and in
any situation that may place the students/s, instructor / training platform at risk.

10. There will be additional charges for certification in case required or requested.

11. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
