Paragraph 1:
Anna picked up her suit from the dry cleaners. After she had paid, she noticed that the cleaners had not cleaned
the suit properly. She politely brought this to their attention, and requested a refund. Although the cleaner

Paragraph 2:
Anna was organizing a birthday party for her coworker, Susan. Anna wanted it to be a surprise party, so Anna
