This letter serves as my formal notice of my immediate resignation from my current


position as Class Adviser and Academic Subject Teacher, handling Reading 5 and 6 in
Diliman Preparatory School from S.Y 2019 until 2021.

I truly appreciate the time I have spent in this institution. I am privileged for I have been
part of the wonderful development and learning of many pupils. I am also grateful for the
opportunities you have given me. And with that, I have learned plentiful of valuable
experience and skills I could use in my future endeavors.

I would like to apologize if there were times, I’ve stumbled the team and let my superiors
down for my unnoticed mistakes and actions. I will surely treasure the learnings for my
future teaching experience.

In line with that, I will do everything to wrap up and comply all the duties and requirements
need to be submitted.

Thank you for the positive support and understanding. Also for being part of my
professional growth in the past two (2) years. It has been a great privilege working with
you.
