    Our Services
    Inspection & NDE Services

    Liquid Penetrant Testing-PT


    We offer PT inspection services for forging,
    casting & welding products. LPT is used on
    all the materials except for material with
    highly porous surface. LPT is used for
    determining open to surface discontinuities.

    Magnetic Particle Testing-MT


    We offer MT inspection services for forging,
    casting & welding products. MT is
    performed on ferromagnetic material like
    Iron, Cobalt & Nickel. MT used for surface
    and subsurface discontinuities. We Have
    Magnaflux equipment for inspection.

    Ultrasonic testing-UT
    We offer UT inspection services for forging,
    casting and weld products. UT is used for
    locating the volumetric discontinuity that is
    located under the surface. We have digital
    ultrasonic flaw detector of Modsonic Einstein
    II DGS.

    Radiography Testing-RT
    We offer RT inspection services for forging,
    casting & welding products. RT is used for
    inspecting material for hidden flaws. We provide
    only Radiographic film interpretation services.

    Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging- UTG


    We offer the UTG for plates, pipes, casting,
    forging. We have Modsonic Edison-I machine for
    UTG.

    Visual Testing-VT
    We offer VT inspection services for forging,
    casting & welding products. VT used for only
    surface discontinuity.

    Eddy current Testing- ET


    EC testing works on the principles of
    electromagnetic induction. EC testing is used for
    detection of surface and subsurface discontinuity
    detection. For Conductivity Testing, Coating
    thickness measurement, material sorting and
    discontinuity detection Eddy current testing to be
    used. We offer eddy current NDT level II services.

    Eligibility Requirements for Certification
    NDE Level I / Level II As per Employer’s Written Practice (In line with SNT-TC-1A)

    Method Education Experience in Method

    a. Degree/Diploma in
    Engineering/Degree in Science Level I Minimum 1 month (70 / 130 hrs)
    MT,PT b. High school graduate or Level II Minimum 4 months (210 / 400 hrs)
    equivalent

    a. Degree/Diploma in
    UT,RT Engineering/Degree in Science Level I Minimum 3 months (210 / 400 hrs)
    b. High school graduate or Level II Minimum 12 months (630 / 1200 hrs)
    equivalent

    Details of Training
     The training courses are based on the Employer Written Practice (In line with SNT-TC-1A).
     Registration fees of 1500/- per candidate shall be paid at the time of registration. This shall be
    adjusted against the course fees which shall be payable before start of the course.
     Candidates should bring scientific calculator for UT Courses.
