II. Executive Summary
For our production plan, we will order 500 pieces of eyeglass frame and 500
pieces of eyeglass lens in our local supplier. Then, we will produce 500 pieces of
eyeglasses every month and will innovate it through adding our high-tech features.
To do that, we hired two (2) IT programmers to add the said features of our eye
wear, and one (1) eyeglasses’ designer to make our eyeglasses more attracted for
our customers.
For our marketing plan, we will use digital marketing strategy to market our
Vizoom. Most of our target customers are spending their time using digital devices.
Some are using those devices for entertainment, some are for important matters,
and some are for searching a product that they can buy. So, our company thought

that digital marketing is a very big help for us to reach more our target customers
and to easily make our product be recognize by many.
The strength of our business is that we have excellent service for our customers,
and we produce high quality and authentic products in a low-cost manufacturing. We
also maintain the good reputation of our company through providing a good
customer experience, being trustworthy in all matters, and offering values to all the
people that are related in our business. In order to make this business plan be real,
we need a million pesos for our initial investments.

ViZoom offers advanced technologies to our customers. Its technologies
could help people to lessen the risks that they might get from the radiation and
can perform zoom-in & zoom-out and scanning all the information from laptops
and cellphones that are in front of the user. Also, it can connect to all digital
devices that has Bluetooth, to directly save the scanned information if the user
wants to.
We offer a one-year warranty on our eyeglasses and frames, which cover
things like program glitches and short-circuits (though there is a small chance
this will happen). Our warranty does not cover scratches, breakage, or other
defects made by incorrect wearing or storage of the eyeglasses.
