o Business user tasks performed in workspace
 Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)
o Tool to create and run reports for monitoring business processes

 Describe the various components of the Oracle BPM Suite and how they are used in BPM
 Create process models using Business Process Composer
 Run simulations to fine-tune a business process
