    In 2012, Centurion commenced a review and evaluation of mineral exploration projects


    available outside Indonesia; and in the latter part of the year, implemented a mineral
    project investment strategy in Myanmar.

    C ENTURION Centurion has identified a number of gold mining and exploration projects and is
    negotiating initial and definitive agreements with several Burmese mining operators
    in this mineral-rich country. The Company has also initiated a mineral concession
    Hakha application process for exploration claims with the Ministry of Mines. A favorable
    Mandalay foreign investment law has recently been implemented and a new mining law is
    expected to be enacted shortly which is anticipated to provide clarity and security for
    Taunggyi foreign investors.

    associated mineral belts that span the N-S axis of Myanmar. Many gold occurrences
    at varying stages of exploration have been noted along the belts, but very few have
