    In consonance with Division Memorandum from Josilyn S. Solana,
    Schools Division Superintendent, dated November 19, 2018, Division
    Roll-Out on the Enterprise Human Resource Information System
    (EHRIS) for SDO Laguna Cum Division ICT Literacy Training with
    LIS/EBEIS Updates, this school will conduct a School Action Cell
    (SLAC)/ Roll – Out for the Enterprise Human Resource Information
    System (EHRIS) cum ICT Literacy Training with LIS/EBEIS Updates on
    January14-15, 2019 at San Felix Elementary School, at Victoria, Laguna.

    a. Rationale The training’s primary goal is to cascade and orient the use and
    function of Google Drive, ICT Integration for teaching, saving, uploading,
    downloading and sharing of files.

    This activity aims to :


    a. collect and secure data of employees as necessitated by the
    Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the Personal Data
    Sheet (PDS);
    b. encode and complete the individual PDS in the EHRIS
    Self-Service Module by the school;
    c. train the school heads, ICT coordinators and teachers in

    utilizing the DepEd Gmail Account;

    d. give updates on LIS/EBEIS;


    e. Integrate ICT in teaching, learning and governance.
    c. Methodology
    1. Present the Action Plan, Technical Working Group, Training
    Matrix, Fund Source and Persons Involved in the above-
    mentioned activity. After the approval of the review matrix,
    present the proposal to the school head.
    2. Draft the school Memorandum for signing.
    3. Prepare materials for the school Activity
    Strategies
    4. Conduct the seminar
    5. Monitoring and Evaluation on the extent of implementation
