D2M004 Bridge Inverter

(4 BRIDGE MOTORS - MF06LB200)

You must provide the information from the motor name plate on the 460 volt
rating side when entering some of the values into the inverter.

• To start programming, Press left arrow until display does not change
• Scroll up or down until M1 (G1)
• Press right arrow until Password 00 is on the display with the last 0
flashing
• Press left arrow until 0000 is on the display and the first 0 is blinking
• Scroll up until the first digit is 2, then press the right arrow to the
second digit and scroll up until the second digit is 1, scroll right to the
third digit and scroll up until the third digit is 5, then scroll right until
the last digit is flashing and scroll up until the last digit is 6.
• Once 2156 is on the display, press enter.
• Press the left arrow until it should read G1.1
• Scroll up to G1.2 (Motor Parameters)
• Press the right arrow until the P1.2.1 value is the voltage and if it is
not 460 volts then change the value (just like changing the password
value)

P1.1.1 = 2156
P1.2.1 = 460
P1.2.2 = 1
P1.2.3 = 4
P1.2.4.1 = 120
P1.2.4.2 = 12.8 (Total current of all 4 motors, use the 460 V rating)
P1.2.4.3 = 0.0 (Change to 0.0 even if it already has a value)
P1.2.4.4 = 19.2 (Total motor current (P1.2.4.1) multiplied by 1.5)
P1.2.4.5 = 0.74 (Verify value from the motor name plate)
P1.2.4.6 = 0
Then press the start button on the inverter for 2 seconds and make sure the
display changes to 3
