    O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE LIGA HALL, MUNICIPALITY OF
    CAMILING, TARLAC.

    “A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING HON. ALBERT B.


    JOSE NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT AND HON. EFREN L.
    MANGLICMOT NEWLY APPOINTED TREASURER OF THE LIGA NG
    MGA BARANGAY SA PILIPINAS CAMILING CHAPTER, CAMILING,
    TARLAC AS THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES AT LANDBANK OF
    THE PHILIPPINES, CAMILING BRANCH, CAMILING, TARLAC”.

    WHEREAS, Land Bank of the Philippines, Camiling, Branch is the Depository


    Bank of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas Camiling Chapter;

    WHEREAS, Article VIII Section 2 Paragraph D of the Constitution and By-Laws


    of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas states that a chapter president and the
    treasurer shall be the signatories to any/all transactions in behalf of the Liga concern;

    NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion of this august body;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, approving and authorizing Hon.


    ALBERT B. JOSE newly elected President and Hon. EFREN L. MANGLICMOT newly
    appointed treasurer of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas Camiling Chapter,
    Camiling, Tarlac as the authorized signatories at Landbank of the Philippines, Camiling
    Branch, Camiling, Tarlac.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the


    concerned authorities for their guidance and information.
    APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2018 at Camiling, Tarlac.
