Job Description:
Frecilla Sanchez as MANAGER: The manager will guide her employees to the preparation of

the group and to their actual  performance in the bazaar day.

Ronaldo Corpuz as HEAD OF FINANCE: He is the one who manage the financial need and

expenses of our group in the preparation and to bazaar day.

Alyssa Corilla as FINANCE ASSISTANT: She is the one who will help the head of finance in

computing and checking the expenses and revenue of our group in the bazaar day.

Joanne Juntado as HEAD OF PRODUCTION: She will ensure that manufacturing processes

run reliably and efficiently in the bazaar day.

Jhullia Bayoneta as PRODUCTION ASSISTANT:  She will be the one who will help the

production head to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the products in the bazaar day.

Engerico Solano as PRODUCTION CO-ASSISTANT: Helping the production assistant to

efficiently and effectively finish the production.

Angelica Joy Radam as HEAD OF MARKETING: She will be the one who will manage and

think of strategies in the marketing which is all about attracting customers to buy our product in
the bazaar day.

Ian Carlo Inton as MARKETING ASSISTANT: He will be the one who will help the marketing

head to attract more people to buy and enjoy our products in the bazaar day.
1. Executive Summary
Our nachos are specialized food which are often served as snack foods. Our nachos

with unforgettable taste in every bite will make your day bright. Here, in Nachos Surf,

our nachos consists variety of essential ingredients that provides a delicious intake which

fulfills dietary requirements of an individual. Nachos is served as the main course of our

company, elaborately with added more ingredients which includes jalapeno with cheese or

black beans with olives. Other variety of nachos includes barbecue nachos served with

barbecue sauce together with mash potato and cheese inside of it, cheese melted nachos

served with a variety of cheese, and poutine nachos served with gravy. And also, we

have a drinks like Blue Lemonade and shakes to serve. However, our main competitor

doesn’t have a additional food to serve aside of their main product, which is the nachos.

This means that we have a big opportunity to gain more customers. Our product is a

well known snacks all over the world so, we would like to offer our new and creative

nachos that will make your stomach glad. We will do a makeover in our product so

that it will become unique and enjoyable. The customers may choose an ordinary nachos

because of it’s natural flavor, they will do their own toppings or have a suppliers but

our business will initially operate a home-based and use a social media (e.g. Facebook,

Twitter, and instagram) to show the uniqueness of our nachos for ease of browsing and

ordering. Customers have their option to pick-up their nachos or have it delivered at

their home and anywhere. Our products will be available on school bazaars, local

bazaars in Las Pinas City, and fairs on some occasions . Our products have a number of
competitive features that will be used to Its advantage to achieve market penetration such

as the creativeness of the nachos and its affordability. The additional promo in our

product may also achieve the number of customers who will demand. The initial

capitalization for the business is Php 5,000.00.

Product process and controls that will be used to manufacture the product. Below is the
procedure of how we will prepare our products using our manpower.

1. Secure cleanliness

A. Our manpower ensured that they are clean before and after the preparing.

B. Our manpower out complete in safety suit and clean suit.

2. Preparing the ingredients

A. Prepare all the ingredients and put each on a clean bowl.

3. Clean up

A. Ensure the cleanliness of the equipment that will use in preparing the product

B. Secure the cleanliness of the surroundings especially the case of the product.

4. Clean the screen

B. Make sure that the cover of the container was close so that no insects will get
inside.

5. Clean the ingredients

A. Before preparing the products make sure that the ingredients was washed by the
clean water.

6. Serving

A. Our manpower serves our product to our customers with a touch of love and smile in
their lips.

B. We ensure the deliciousness and freshness of our products .

Distribution Logistics
Our nachos, shakes, and lemonades will initially operate at the ground of school

and use social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to showcase different flavor of
our nachos and shakes for ease of browsing and ordering. Any customer will have the

option of what flavor they want in their nachos and they can order it in our place in
the open ground of the HRA school. Our nachos will also be available on school bazaar in

Holy Rosary Academy of Las Pinas.

Regulatory and other compliance issues

Our Nachos Surf Company will be registered as a General Partnership enterprise with

the Holy Rosary Academy of Las Pinas City . A Teachers permit will also be secured

before it applies to the coordinators of the school to operate as a renter business in

school open ground .

Our Company will have our own application, so that our customers can easily get their

order even if at home or if they can’t go out to their office because of many paper

we, the Nachos Surf Company will offer you a snack that will satisfy your craving for

foods. Our products is very affordable of course, for children that truly likes the snack

foods. It is not very expensive so that your family, friends, and those people you want

to be with can afford our creative, inspirational, and fashionable nachos in our school

bazaar. Let’s make together a unforgettable happiness by our nachos.
