    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
    FAMILY DAY 2015
    Last August 28, 2015, Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon
    Campus successfully celebrated the first-ever Family Day. The event aims to gather
    members of the PSHS-CLC community, family, friends and students in order to
    interact and get to know each other. Participants enjoyed lunch together and enrolled
    in different activities for kids and for adults.

    The Guidance Center spearheaded the one-day event. The faculty and staff
    also contributed as in charge in hosting the program, contests, parlor games,
    presentations, documentations and other related tasks for the said event.
    The program started at exactly 8:00 am. It began with ‘Prayer’ which was led
    by the Sangguniang Magaaral President – Ms. Bernice Genevieve S. Baron followed
    by singing of National Anthem led by Mr. Ruselle Castro (Music Teacher).

    The program warmed and graced by the message of General PTA President
    – Pastor Gerry Oarde. His message encouraged and inspired everyone especially
    the parents and students to continue their support to the school and build a better
    relationship among all the PSHS-CLC community.
    General Parent-Teacher’s Association Officers, Batch Leader Officers and
    Sangguniang Magaaral Officers were also participated the event through their oath
    of office inducted by Mr. Mark Xavier E. Bailon, Student Services Division Chief and
    Ms. Pauline Kirstie H. Atumpag, Sangguniang Magaaral Adviser.
    This very special day was flavoured by different performances, surprises,
    games and activities. Different Parlor Games were played by the parents and
    students, and facilitated by the faculty and staff such as Sack Race Relay,
    Calamansi Relay, Longest Line, Dress-up Race Relay, Unity Walk Race, Balloon
    Pop Race Relay, Body Ball Relay, Harina Blowing and Paper Dance.
    Parents and students belong in the same batch were the teammates.
    Students and parents from the Batch 2018 were the red team, Batch 2019
    represents the blue team, yellow team is the batch 2020, and batch 2021 roaring as
    the green team. The place of the batch in each game has equivalent point, at the
    end of the program, the batch with the lowest point declares as the winner. It was the
    Blue Team (Batch 2019) professed as the winning batch of the PSHS-CLC Family
    Day 2015 with the most 1st place in all the games beating batch 2018, 2020 and
    2021.
    Moreover, one of the highlights of the event was the performance of different
    batches showing their different talents. They managed to do dancing, singing,
    skit/role playing and playing some instruments such as violin, guitar and organ.
    Truly, students of Pisay-CLC are talented and of course intelligent.
    The most awaited boodle fight was the climax of the event. Parents, students,
    faculty and staff got the chance to bond and eat together in a lunch. Sharing of
    foods, and chatting of good and inspiring stories were the subject of the activity.
    Everyone was full and satisfied with what was happened in the event.
    After all the games and performances, the awarding of winning batch was
    done in the afternoon. Batch 2019 was declared as the winner of the family day and
    each students/parents received the limited edition of eco bag with priented Pisay-
    CLC Family Day. The program was ended by thank you speech and closing remarks
    of the Campus Director – Ms. Lilia T. Habacon.
