no. 4020 795426 000, and willing to enjoy facility of AB DIRECT, the internet BANKING provided by
AB BANK LIMITED. We understand the risk of fund transfer and will be solely responsible for any
incident related to FUND TRANSFER through AB DIRECT. We will exercise utmost care and
diligence during making payment through AB DIRECT from designating AB ACCOUNTS, funds

SUBJECT: Reason behind not able to adjust full/partial amount of advance receipt voucher (ARV)
with EXPS in OEMS.
Dear Sir,
It is the first time we’ve received a detail list of Non-Reporting & Non-adjustment of Advance Receipt
Voucher (ARV) in OEMS from 01/01/2013 till 31/12/2020.
FRESH FOOD TRADING COMPANY is a renowned FRESH VEGETABLES AND FRUITS enterprises
engaged in the UK/ SWEDEN / OTHER markets for a long time.
I’m very much shocked to see how come such a great big list of non adjustments of ARVs’ are being
produced, where as I’ve almost completed all of my exports of whatever ARV’s been received from
the year 2016 till 2019. But, the ARVs during the 2019/ 2020 have some unadjusted ARVs’ which
we’ll be doing export soon.
All the completed shipment hard copy documents were also been successfully handed over to the
designated AB Bank’s individuals long ago. I do have all the physical hard copy documents of all of
my exports on the last 2 years, but I do not normally keep such a huge archive of hard copy
documents which can be started as far as the Year 2013 due to office space limitations.
At any moment we can furnish all the current and previous successfully exported full set documents
to the bank, especially for the last 2 year time period.
Even though, if the Bangladesh Bank authority believes that there remains much huge unadjusted
ARV’s, I would like to request to allow me at least 3 to 6 months duration to complete all full/partial
unadjusted ARVS, and the AB BANK must help me out to prepared combined EXPs’ to complete such
exports.
I here by full prepared and ready to furnish any further query of the BANGALDESH BANK.
