Ceres is a symbolism of ‘mother’ in the chart, but not in the romantic sense, in the
practical provision sense. As Ceres is the symbolism of grain and agriculture, she
relates to the seeds and how you will tend them after they have been sown.  It relates
to the possessiveness of the young, and the coping mechanism when they, move
outside of the maternal sphere, or personal expectation.

reaction to the muscle relaxant found within the headache medication, and it took
that particular Neptune/Sun transit to unlock it. It should also be noted that the
transiting Taurus Sun was conjunct his natal Astraea, Pluto was retrograding in an
applying opposition to his 4th House Aries Point, transiting Pallas (mind) was
conjunct natal Venus and Mars, whilst transiting Chiron had come to give peace in a
conjunction to his natal Black Moon Lilith.

Transits from, or to Hygeia, indicate times when your health in general is in the
spotlight, highlighting actual health concerns, or heightening the desire to improve
your overall health. These times of transition are fantastic for starting new eating,
exercise and work regimes, or fine-tuning the preventative medical approach.
However, the perfection seeking element of Hygeia cannot be ignored and you would

This is a tough one as it not only deals with the shadow self, but also real individuals
that are a continual attraction. In your natal chart, Nemesis indicates energy
influences that tear you down and apart. When young, one can call Nemesis the
negative self-fulfilling prophecy. Aspects here reveal pattern behaviour with harsh
results. There are battles with the ego brought about by external
individuals/influences and a lack of balance. Obviously, as the soul matures, the
battles with Nemesis ‘should’ be clearer to the individual and more conscious modes
of dealing with the situations can be adopted. However, without realisation and
acceptance of the ongoing Nemesis input, you find an individual that is literally a

ultimately, jealousy from others. When this jealousy connects with someone in power,
there is the tussle between defending the talent, and respecting the subservience of
position. Ultimately, there is a choice to be made – to yield, or to remain firm, even if
the defiance ultimately ends the progressive path of exploring the talent.

In most mystical practices, the spider or arachne, represents the webs we weave. It
is the deeper psyche and the intricate nature of intuition. To receive the message of
the spider is to be encouraged to look deeper into the psyche, find the hidden
elements or the missing key before acting out an intention.

In your chart, Arachne symbolises a great creative or intuitive gift and degree point
where you will face negative kickback from this talent. It also indicates an area where
others will act superior in talent and knowledge to you, causing rebellion and

In your natal chart, Kassandra indicates strong ‘psychic’ abilities. As one knows, the
life of a psychic, especially in public, is one that is dogged by firm criticism – as the
collective is widely sceptical of such claims.  Whilst this is not a signature connection
to psychic connection, it is regarding harsh resistance by the external to the ‘visuals’
experienced. No doubt the individual with Kassandra in aspect within the natal chart
will choose one of two ways of operation. They can face the public front on, as in the

mythology of Orpheus, I find no data with prominent astrologers to support it.
However, it is quite supportive of homosexuality in the chart but it would have to be
studied more thoroughly before any firm claims are made.

Looking towards Charlie Sheen and you find his Aquarius ruled Black Moon Lilith
conjunct his MC in the 9th House. Jupiter rules the 9th House, so you have this
immense anger being expressed through substance abuse, with the direct source of
his feeling an injustice being done in his career. With asteroid Lilith posited in Cancer
3rd House, you also have the expression of anger directed towards the significant
women in his wife and power issues involving his children.

Transits to Black Moon Lilith are high points in releasing built up resentment and for
suppression issues to come to the surface. When activated, you need to express
your feelings and have a safe, trusted place in which to reveal, and understand, this
harsher side of the psyche. House position and rulership keywords are essential in
understanding the individual need for power. For example: Oprah felt the drive to
achieve financially to regain her personal power, whilst Hugh Heffner with his 11th
House Black Moon Lilith in Leo, had the drive to create a dream world, filled with
fantasy women.

You find that transits to Lilith fire off the resentment, which can then be turned
positively into ambitious aims, or even charitable actions, if the individual wishes to
help others with the same plight.

In your natal chart, asteroid Pele indicates bad temper, possessiveness, desires for
freedom and is a sacred, internal place of spiritual independence. There isn’t much
about any of Pele’s tales that indicate she was reliant on anyone, other than her
brother’s for her original travels, so she is quite the isolated Goddess.

In other tales, she is very protective of women, especially her devotees. One of my
‘story books’  - Hawaiian Myths of Earth, Sea and Sky by Vivian L Thompson, on
pages 45-48, Ms Thompson describes how Pele is dancing on her mountain, when
the wicked Pig-man trickster starts climbing towards her and her worshippers,
disguised as a beautiful young man. A few of Pele’s ladies are tempted by this man
and his beauty, but Pele is too smart and spies the hidden black spikes that run
along his back as he attempts to woe her with his charms. Stamping her feet, she
sends ripples of fire towards him causing him to burst into flames and flee the
mountain. Thus she protected her worshippers and their innocence from
the treacherous trickster.

Pele was a strong, defiant, beautiful woman who symbolises the personal moral
system, what you are prepeared to tolerate and what will fire up your volcanic spark
of anger. Rulership will indicate the strongest area of anger irritation and moral
outlook, whilst house placement will deepen that interpretation.

In transit, activation of natal Pele can indicate a time where your patience, morals
and immediate network is being tested. One can assume than when it is out of
balance, the influence expression is a touch negative, whilst when in balance,
prosperity probably reigns. Transits can also indicate a time of ‘heated affairs’,
possible family squabbles and power-plays in the career avenue.

As Pele is THE Goddess of Volcanoes, one cannot ignore that in a mundane sense,
her activation increases the possibility of volcanic activity. She was in orb regards the
first eruption in Iceland, but at 12 degrees Capricorn by the increased activity in April.
At present, she is retrograde at 16 degrees Capricorn and will be conjunct Pluto by
the July 12th, Solar eclipse.  In early 2012, Pele will be in Libra, opposing Uranus
and then interacting with Saturn via conjunction.

In the natal chart, Thetis has one main message, and that is the parental desires for
more and the level of their control. This is the ‘stage mother’ on steroids in reality, the
desire for immortality over-shadowing the maternal instinct.  Or, alternatively, the
over-protective parent. In both instances, she was operating under the belief
provided by oracle prophecy that one of her offspring was destined for greatness, or
early death – and she did what she could to defy both.

Thetis in the natal chart will indicate a pocket of the psyche where the parental
expectation resides. This can also be directed towards ones own off-spring and how
the entire parental pattern behavior evolves from child to parent. For instance: a natal
Leo Thetis may experience a maternal who is determined the child achieves some
level of surface fame. However, a natal square to Uranus starts the pattern that as a
parent, this is rebelled against and the natal Leo Thetis as a parent, encourages the
children to just be children.

In transit, asteroid Thetis can indicate a time when the parental expectation is

In your natal chart, asteroid Themis is another influence that indicates heightened,
intuitive talents and ones judgmental nature. House placement, aspects and rulership
will dictate how these talents are expressed.

When asteroid Themis is posited in, ruled by or in aspect to the Moon, Venus,
Neptune, Uranus or Pluto – her energy will be expressed as heightened intuition.

When asteroid Themis is posited in, ruled by or in aspect to Mercury, Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn, Sedna or Eris – her energy will be expressed as logic and process.

Asteroid Themis also indicates one possible interest in the broader group, an

In your natal chart, Harmonia is an area where you are agreeable and seek the
company of agreeable others. It is a peaceful place, that loves freely, is the ultimate
diplomat and will seek pro-active, positive solutions to all situations.  This is the
peacemaker, peace-seeker and ultimate, intellectual contentment zone. Obviously
something so good, can’t be left alone, it has to have some sort of curse tossed
about. So, aspects to Harmonia can be quite telling as to possible hurdles and
obstacles one has on their search for peace, love and happiness.

In transit, Harmonia can be extremely positive and also quite difficult. Natal aspects
activated in transit indicate times of peace, or disruption of the present status quo. It
would be interesting to note the type of ‘atmosphere’ you find yourself in when she is
activated, whether it is friendly or aggressive. One can also lay claim that since this
cursed necklace was in fact punishment for actions committed by Aphrodite, not
Harmonia herself, that situations that arise through transit are due to anothers
interference.
In regards to romantic possibility, Harmonia had one love, who seemed to be equally
as devoted to her. This is another asteroid that can be claimed as a ‘safe and loving’
union, with the relevant aspect connections unraveling the reasoning as to why.
However, there would be some level of negativity, be it familial upset, cultural
disagreements or something similar, that would linger around the neck of this
relationship.

In your natal chart, Daphne, just like Apollo, is another intuitive point for
consideration. Looking through the ‘psychic’ file that I have, all of them seem to have
either Daphne or Apollo in major aspect with a planet or luminary. Example: – Alison
Dubois has Apollo conjunct Mercury, Sylvia Brown has Daphne oppose Sun and
Edgar Cayce has Chiron oppose Apollo, with only a two degree orb distance
between Apollo and Daphne. Interesting tidbit, Uri Geller hardly has any of the Oracle
asteroids in aspect, and definitely no Apollo or Daphne. I went roaming through
celebrities to see if I could find any romantic tie in, but could not pin anything down
(other than who is super psychic and who is not). One interesting tidbit did pop up
however. Sandra Bullock has natal Daphne conjunct Jupiter in her 12th House
Taurus. You have all read the reports regarding the cheating husband – transiting
Daphne has been all over her natal Eris (she knew and was working out a plan),
plus, Persephone. Tisiphone and Diana have all really rammed it all home. However,
in her defense, she does have KASSANDRA (instinct denial) in Taurus oppose natal
Neptune in Scorpio, plus she has Amor oppose Venus. Everything in Aquarius has
been challenging her to ‘see’ the truth in both the Scorpio and Taurus sectors and
she has, sadly. Oh well, he will rue the day! She also has Ceres oppose Venus and
Juno conjunct Pallas in Scorpio. Anyway, you get the gist -Daphne indicates strong,
intuitive ability.

In transition, Daphne can indicate heightened psychic connection or a message for

the moment. It can also indicate a time when you are being pursued by someone or a
situation that does not bring you pleasure. Daphne does not seem to equate to the
more upbeat intuitive flow of Apollo and could indicate harsher prophecies on the
horizon. There is also the uncovering of deception tied into the intuitive flow of
Daphne, so you can expect to have elusive details unraveled when Daphne connects
in transit.

In your natal chart, Hestia symbolizes the importance of the home and the sacrifices
one will make regards the intimate environment. Rulership and placement of Hestia’s
ruler will be telling regards your personal approach to family, home and cultural
traditions. For instance, the masculine rulership of the Sun, Mars, Saturn, Uranus
and Pluto may struggle with natal Hestia, experiencing power struggles in intimate
relations or feel out of sync, even resentful of the sacrificial requirement of this
influence. Venus and the Moon rulerships are fairly cliched and will no doubt feel the
most comfortable with their natal Hestia and the sacrifices that are essential at times.
Whilst Mercury and Neptune ruled Hestia’s could find it a sincere struggle to build

In your natal chart, Mnemosyne can be indicative of the obvious – your memory and
just how good that may be. It could be an indicator of possible health concerns
regards the memory, such as Alzheimers, but that is a large call and not one I am
prepared to make. I believe that other planetary factors regards such a debilitating
condition should take priority rather than freaking if you experience natal aspects to
Mnemosyne.

In transit however, Mnemosyne is an interesting contemplation. Apart from the

heightened connection to one’s talents and passion that would be felt when she is
highlighted – one must wonder as to how prolific dream energy would be when she is
activated, and just what ghosts from the past arrive at that time. If you believe in the
past life experience, perhaps natal positioning of Mnemosyne and subsequent
transits, unleash suppressed memories from your previous incarnations.

In your natal chart, Aegle is a sensitive spot regards health concerns. Rulership and
house placement may or may not be indicative of health concern location or effect,
but according to chart study, Aegle is a telling story regards the ‘health of the human
body’ when activated. Look to transits from Neptune for heightened sensitivity,
possible excess concerns, or mysterious type of ailments. Pluto is highly indicative of
some level of viral concern, as is Mercury. Saturn, obviously, can be quite potent and
active regards bone or dental concerns. The quincunx aspect, yet again, seems to be
quite prevalent and operates similar to that of Neptune, especially regards
‘mysterious’ types of conditions.

As this asteroid on study appears to have remarkable accuracy regards health

indications when activated by transit, it would not be remiss to widen your orbs to 5
degrees, especially if dealing with Uranus, Neptune and Pluto transits.

HEKATE

One can assume that rulership of natal Artemis would detail your attitude towards
conflict and your innate, competitive nature.

One important consideration regards Artemis is related to sex. She was a fit, active
woman, who was aggressively protective of her virginity. It was her choice and one
she fought valiantly to maintain. Natal Artemis can indicate your attitude towards sex
in general, timidity for one thing, being the dominant partner another.

Business can also be brought into consideration with Artemis, as chasing the
financial is certainly the modern day hunt. Yet again, rulership will determine your
approach and competitive edge, especially when in the firing line of another’s aims.
In transit, when natal Artemis is activated or is triggering a natal planet or luminary,
you are being called in to protect, perhaps even attack – depending on the planet or

In your natal chart, according to chart study – Ate can cause some impressive life
havoc. Boy George experiences Ate in Scorpio square natal Uranus. In 2008, with
Neptune in direct opposition to natal Uranus and in square to natal Ate, he was
arrested for assault and false imprisonment.

George Michael experiences natal Ate in Taurus, in square to his natal Saturn, which
is also in a 1 degree square with his natal Moon. In 1998, he was arrested for sexual
lewd conduct in a public toilet. This is also explained by the transiting Sun conjunct
his natal Jupiter, but he was also experiencing a lunar return at the time of this event,
meaning Ate was square the Leo moon.  Another claim, years later, was vehemently
denied by George Michael, and I’d be inclined to agree, due to the lack of exact
transits to Ate or Saturn on the specified date. Also, later drug arrests and
convictions, do have linkages involving Neptune, Saturn and asteroid Ate.

Mel Gibson experiences asteroid Ate at 23 degrees Leo and retrograde. She also
forms a square to his natal Mars at 23 Scorpio. An interesting pattern seems to form
with Ate and whilst the aspect connection to her can be weak at the ‘action’ part of
the story, where the justice is being served, she is very strong. In 2006 when Mel
Gibson was found drunk and racist, there was no Ate action. At the time of his
sentencing however, she was conjunct the transiting Sun. With Venus in Scorpio by
years end in 2010, it will be interesting to see what transpires when she forms a
square to natal Ate and a conjunction to natal Mars regards the abusive, leaked
tapes.

Interesting trivia stems from the fact that regardless of their behaviour, the like of
Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, or even Britney Spears – none has Ate in natal aspect to
a planet,or luminary. Even the infamous I have on file were very thread bare regards
the ‘justice’ swing of asteroid Ate.

Myra Hindley, the female side of the horrendous Moor Killers, experienced natal Ate
at 25 degrees Taurus, in square to her natal Mars. The murders spanned a near two
year period, as Saturn went retrograde in Aquarius/Pisces – activating her natal
Mars. On the day of her partner’s arrest, when their despicable crimes were
surfacing, transiting Venus was in opposition to natal Ate, with her arrest transpiring
on the 11th October, 1965 – four days later. At the time of their trial, Neptune was in
direct opposition to natal Ate, square Mars and moving in to conjunct natal Moon.
Look towards Ate in the natal chart at times when legal concerns are predominant,
such as divorce, and another possibility is that Ate in strong aspect within the natal
chart, is a healthy fear of the law that should be abided by.

AMALTHEA

In your natal chart, Amalthea is a place of prosperity and limitless abundance. One
can surmise that the intention of this natural energy flow is akin to what is recognised
as the most positive of Neptune and Pisces in the natal chart. Unlike the ‘luck’
asteroids, such as Tyche and Foruna, where the outcome can be debatable as lucky
– there are no negatives attached to Amalthea. It is a place of blessing, appreciation,
generosity and pure love.

Obviously, aspects to Amalthea will be telling in how this raw beauty is torn apart in
real life.

Let’s look at rulership in the first instance, which will be telling regards the source of
this abundance. You can also align the sign rulership meaning with that of the
relevent house position.

This is a fairly pure and innocent aspect in the natal chart. One that is sincerely
loving and intensely loyal. One can easily imagine just how easily this spot in the
natal chart is abused by the generally ‘unthoughtful’ world that we live in at times.

House placement will indicate the ‘area of loyalty’ – for example, 4th House is
obviously the home, family and cultural/familial traditions, 5th House is friends,
lovers, creative talents, 6th House, the daily routine and dealing with those within it
etc etc.

Rulership will denote expression of loyalty. For example – a Leo ruled Alcestis will be
the dramatic fighter of justice, Capricorn ruled could struggle taking the plunge
regards romance in particular for instance, for fear of being placed in this dubious

Now Hybris is a very blatant influence and in your natal chart, indicates an area of
negative ‘potential’, but do keep in mind please that nothing is absolute. Everyone
has Hybris somewhere, and subsequent aspects mean little as everything is based
on individual life evolution.

Hybris in the natal chart indicates where one can toss their sensible nature to the

extreme bad manners, violent outbursts or tendencies, extreme arrogance, and

On research, this asteroid is not overly active in the charts of serial killers but it is
quite commonly found in the charts of cult leaders. Jim Jones experienced Hybris
contra parallel Saturn, Luc Jouret square Pluto, David Koresh experienced Hybris
conjunct Charybdis, oppose Pallas.

It was this horrendous news story that encouraged me to explore and find this
asteroid in aspect. So I looked up a local tragedy. Martin Bryant, responsible for the
shocking Port Arthur Massacre in 1986experiences no aspects to natal Hybris.
However, on the date of the massacre, Hades oppose Hybris (he also experiences
Sun conjunct Hades in the natal), Ceres was oppose the Hades/Hybris conjunction.
Also, Astraea (decision/one way path/judgement) was conjunct Hybris, and sadly, the
North Node was conjunct his natal Mars. There were numerous other asteroids,
mostly retrograde, that can explore the depths of this individuals troubled soul
but……

NEPHELE

numbers 431. Keep your orbs tight, within 1-2 degrees and your aspects major:-
conjunction, square, opposition and trine.

This is a difficult one to research using celebrity data, as these individuals, talented
or not, have all attained some level of success. With asteroid Nephele in aspect
within the natal chart, you struggle to find your sense of identity. Personal success is
a challenge as you lack confidence in your own abilities and define yourself by the
people in your surrounds. You can find when natal Nephele is in aspect that you are
surrounded by competitive or dominating others. Here, you lose yourself, and are
dwarfed by the attention needs of the personalities around you.

This could be the classic placement of the child or sibling who forever lives in the
shadow of the more successful family member. One could also imagine that those
individuals who attempt to emulate their favourite celebrities, either as a career
choice, or through plastic surgery, would have natal aspects to Nephele.

In transit, asteroid Nephele no doubt indicates times when you are being used as a
pawn in others people’s games. Jealousy would feature strongly, as would
relationship dramatics. Affairs and isolation could figure, whilst you can find in
general that your efforts are completed ignored and the attention that you seek is
given elsewhere. In transit though, aspects by Nephele can be just what is needed
to re-evaluate intentions and move away from situations where your attachment is for
external approval or attention only.

ACHILLES

your orbs fairly tight, no larger than 3 degrees and knock yourself out with the
aspects.
Remember, Achilles was raised by Chiron, so he is an interesting twist in your natal
chart.

In the natal chart, Achilles is your warrior of great achievement. This little pocket of
self that wants to be the ‘best’, be remembered throughout history and will find it near
to impossible to settle for mediocrity. Aspects will reveal more information than house
placement or rulership of Achilles, as his name meaning must also be considered –
‘the grief of the people’. This is heavy nameology, indicating that even in success, the
Achilles aspect still experiences its own level of grief. It wants, it aims, it achieves, but
it is never good enough.

The maternal can also be brought into the Achilles principle, especially when in
aspect to the Moon, Venus, and Thetis (obviously). Here, you will find levels of over-
protectiveness or where extreme ambition has been thrust upon you whilst maturing.
Yet again, these same entities in aspect to Achilles, reveal much regards ones own

You could find that you are being smothered or over-protected when natal Achilles is

of worms. Obviously, it is a place in your chart, where you are intended to find a
balanced level of ‘healthy narcissism’. Ego and it’s expression is the crux of
psychological exploration. Freud and Jung were pioneers in this field, exploring and
explaining the world of narcissism and its sexual, personal and social expressions.
To quote wiki, in a perfect world, your natal Narcissus should operate in the following

connections including Pluto and Ceres, to add further detail.

In your natal chart, there are numerous possibilities but the main vibration with
Proserpina is loss of romantic control. You are completely at the whim of others here
and there is little to no consideration for your feelings or wants regarding love. There
is a dominating partner who is determined to cause problems within your family and
fails to see beyond their own wants. You could also find that there is a cultural
leaning, where a union is forced, or arranged, with love not being a relationship
consideration whatsoever. Other possibilities include being matched with a much
older partner or having a despairing parental behind the scenes that feels that your
romantic union is a loss, not a gain. With Proserpina in tight aspect in the natal, you
feel like a relationship puppet, a non contributing entity whilst those on the external
rim of intimacy pull at your heart strings.
In transit connections, Proserpina again indicates a time where you have no romantic
control. You can be overwhelmed by an attraction to a much older individual, or
someone who you know is completely ‘wrong’ for you. Relationships formed within
this transit face familial conflict, especially regarding the maternal. Females find that
the attraction is less physical than usual, perhaps even attracted to a feeling of
provision and long term security rather than pure passion.  The important element to
keep in mind with a Proserpina transit is the lack of true love within the connection
and that the union has been created for reasons belonging to another’s agenda.

Examples of Proserpina – Woody Allen, well known for marrying Mia Farrow’s foster
daughter. Even though Woody Allen and Mia Farrow had never lived together, he

Hera was the goddess who presided over marriage and the wedding night. Even

thought him ugly.

Overall, Hera expressed a very low feminine vibration. She was known to play
manipulative games, was quite the gossip, and made grandiose plots of revenge
whilst playing the eternal victim. It has been noted, that she would crone about being
the daughter of Cronus and deserving better, rather than leaving Zeus and seeking it.
Asteroid 103 Hera in the natal chart symbolizes where you can experience a
marriage or intimate union that is dissatisfying but there is a refusal to let go and
move on. It is can also signify where you feel trapped in a sex based relationship that
is not progressing. Other possibilities include being dumped with responsibility that
you are not willing, or wanting, to take on board. Jealousy however, is one of the
loudest messages carried by this asteroid, here, it is deep rooted and quite
dangerous. When raised into anger, natal Hera in aspect can stoop extremely low in
a search for supposedly justifiable vengeance.

In your chart, Niobe symbolizes where you will question the people that you are
meant to ‘worship’ in your life. Let’s face it, some parents demand it, as do a lot of
relationship partners and friends. But to question their domineering expectations and
to stand up to their ‘rule’, results in harsh and negative consequences..

Niobe also symbolizes your personal arrogance, areas of your life where you see
yourself as higher than others. It is where you will feel the need to protect your pride
and is a point of personal battle as you gloat about your life achievements when you
feel you are being threatened. This is a classic, but I have achieved this, what have
you achieved? Or, look at what I own, what do you own? – sort of an influence. You
teeter on the edge with Niobe and the end result of expressing your arrogance can
be complete loss, or hubris, where you are forced to feel shame and humiliation by
those in power positions.
In parenting, Niobe can symbolize the arrogant parent who demands complete
respect without returning it in kind. She can also represent the parent who boasts
about her children’s achievements as if they are her own, placing undue pressure on
her offspring in the process.

It is not all negative with Niobe, even though the consequences of her tale are the
harshest imaginable. The element of questioning demanded worship is to be praised.
In a time when the Gods and Goddesses had free and hypocritical reign, she desired
to put her faith in something with substance and reality. Something ’she’ believed in,
rather than what was expected of her. Here, your questioning, helps you to gain
independence from something or someone that was forcing you to live a reality that
is unsuited to your personal moral and faith system. From this disconnection, you
then move on to create your own environment.

The lesson to be learned with Niobe is to choose your battles wisely. It is

appreciation that facing the challenge will bring loss and knowing full well that when

chart and a sector where we feel we must serve others due to our age and a sense
of duty. Here, you know what needs to be done and you perform those tasks without
fuss or future resentment.

Another interesting possibility of Hebe relates to her symbolism of the wineglass. As

she left the office of alcohol servitude once she married and had children, one can
surmise that transits to or from Hebe can indicate a time when a less ‘partying’
attitude is adopted and a more mature outlook is obtained.

In the natal chart, asteroid Hebe can indicate where you will always feel young, or be

involves luck and mystical good fortune,  I appreciate that any rules regards orbs and
aspects will be righteously ignored!

In your natal chart, the message is simple – it is a spot of luck for you and totally
unpredictable. Obviously, it can indicate a down-swing of good fortune and harsher
natal aspects would indicate that luck comes via hard work and challenge. But
overall, we can lay claim as does the Tarot, that this particular spot in your natal chart
indicates good fortune and abundance!

THE FRIES ASTREOIDS

To locate the asteroids Alekto, Megaira and Tisiphone, head over to astro.com and
input the numbers 464, 465 and 466 into the additional objects field. Keep your
aspects major – conjunction, square, opposition, and trine – and your orbs tight,
within 1 degree.

ALEKTO

There is very little information to be found about this Fury, accept that her name
means ‘unceasing’. When you look into the definition of unceasing, you discover
these gems:-
Unceasing – continuing forever or indefinitely; “the ageless themes of love and
revenge”; “eternal truths”; “life everlasting”; “hell’s perpetual fires”; “the unending bliss
of heaven”

In your natal chart, Alekto represents the perpetual voice, be it of reason – or

insanity. It is heavy in charts of those deemed insane – examples:- Cult
leader Marshall Applewhite had Alekto conjunct Uranus, Jim Jones shared the same
conjunction, whilst cult leader – Luc Jouret experienced Alekto oppose Neptune.
Twins Jennifer and June Gibbons had Alekto conjunct Pluto. Serial killer Ted
Bundyhad Alekto conjunct Ceres, and cannibal murderer, Ed Gein experienced
Alekto conjunct Mercury. All marbles are not completely lost though. Rodney King,
who was part of that ‘insane’ bashing – experiences Alekto conjunct Jupiter.DO NOT
PANIC AND COMMIT YOURSELF if you have Alekto in aspect. There are numerous

According to myth, Megaira represents the long-held grudge, and points in life where
envy is dictating the action/reaction processes. It’s difficult to pin down chart data
because envy and jealousy is something we all experience. It would take a much

aspects and rulership, and whether the emotion of envy is used as inspiration – or
bitter and vengeful desires for retribution.

TISIPHONE

Tisiphone she carries with her anger from your youth. Aspects in the natal chart with
Tisiphone often signal parental/familial abuse – physical, emotional and sexual.

CHARYBDIS VE SCYLLA

To locate asteroids 388 Charybdis and 155 Scylla, head over to astro.com or
serennu.com. Keep your aspects major:- conjunction, opposition, square or trine, and
your orbs tight, within 1-2 degrees.

This is a fascinating asteroid set, that has a strong impact in both personal and
mundane astrology.  Regards mundane astrology, when these two are active, you
can see some very intense earth/plane crash/disaster/crisis action. It was active
whilst conjunct Pluto in 2010, around the time of the Iceland volcano and the
Deepwater Mine disaster, and also in 2011 for the Japanese earthquakre and
tsunami catastrophe.
In the natal chart, affects of these asteroids are particularly strong and prominent
when in aspect. This indicates a continual challenge in life regards intimate relations
or habitual emotional pattern behaviour. For instance:- Ana Nicole Smith experienced
Charybdis oppose Black Moon Lilith where much of her feminine pride was indeed
suppressed, yet she outwardly expressed her anger in boggling ways. Jack
Nicholson, the lady loving commitment phobe, experiences Scylla, retrograde in
Sagittarius forming a telling trine to Saturn. Charybdis in square to Eris, entices the
imagination to who has been the meddling woman that completely turned him off
settling down. Super talented, yet wasting away superstar, Whitney Houston has the
most telling of these asteroids. Charybdis trine the Sun and the Moon, indicate that
her set opinion and single minded approach, emotionally and egotistically, is a huge
downfall. She just won’t listen and is her own ‘monster’ so to speak. Even Scylla is
heavily in aspect – experiencing a trine to Jupiter (excess)  and the MC (bit full of
herself), and the opposition to Saturn completely struggles with the excessive input
by Jupiter. Excess lines her both sides and it would take a literal mountain of
willpower to walk the fine line between the challenges of these asteroids.

Regardless of Charybdis or Scylla being in aspect in your natal chart, it would still be
wise to take note of their degree point and see what transpires at times when  you
feel pushed into a real bind. Contemplate past times where you have felt literally
‘stuck between a rock and a hard place’ and see if these two were active. Depending
on which luminary or planet connects in aspect to these asteroids, is how their effect
will play out in your daily living.

Tristan and Isolda are another area in your chart that indicate romantic desires and
possibility. Akin to Psyche and Eros, Persephone and Hades, it is romantic legend
that has spanned thousands of years, so the tale is obviously something the heart
and psyche respond to.

In Isolda, you have love, passion, infidelity, a true instance where you can love two
people, for very different reasons. This legend is not about relationship connection on
a purely physical or sexual basis. It is a deep commitment involving two people and a
sincere division of love. Aspects to Isolda indicate a tearing of loyalties due to a
sense of duty that is beyond that of the emotional needs or desires of self.

Here, we can see that when personal desires overrule adhering to the wise advice of
an expert, a detrimental downfall can result. With Icarus being a Mercury crossing
asteroid, we have action in the moment and deal with the information in the here and
now. Add the confusing input of Venus (desire) and Mars (action), and you are
overcome to take action regards your desires with the immediate information at hand,
with little to no thought of the end consequence.

In the natal chart, Icarus represents the area of life where you can be your worst
enemy by failing to follow orders, advice, or even your own instinct. It is a place in the

Circe is one of the true mystical ‘witches’ in the cosmic heavens. She is considered a
magician, a sorceress, and an enchantress, all very taboo themes for the time. Circe
is very drawn to privacy, desiring to partake of her craft well away from the public
eye. Living a solitary existence, with her animals and her faith, it is only when
questionable behaviour from uninvited guests arrives, that a more negative side of
Circe is expressed. It is Circe who chose to turn away from the traditional feminine
role of motherhood, studious daughter and homebody. She is the aggressor with
others and forms relationships on her terms, more as a business union than that of

relevant aspects to Koronis indicate a slice in the chart where your most beautiful
attributes/ or potentials for success reside. For example:- Paula Abdul experiences
her Koronis in Taurus, square her nodes, with her natural talents being her voice and
dancing abilities. Julie Andrews, with Koronis in Libra also experiences a beauty of

Asteroids Briseis and Chryseis in aspect within the natal chart, can indicate an
individual who is prone to being the ‘underling’ or pawn within relationships. One can
ascertain that whilst not insurmountable, natal aspects to Briseis and Chryseis reveal
a natural disposition to attracting dominating lovers, friends and work positions. Until
this pattern is recognised, accepted and surmounted, this can be quite the self-
defeating placement.

Transits to / from Briseis and Chryseis can indicate life situations where you are a
pawn to another’s agenda, or are dealing with others who are superficial and fail to
place value in your full worth. You also find that dominating others circle you when
these asteroids are activated, with the connecting planet or luminary revealing the

These asteroids represent the birth of an event or relationship, the duration and the
closure in transit.

Klotho positioning indicates inspiration and attraction, no doubt the house where
major life seeds that have long term impact begin. Aspects to Klotho in the natal
chart indicate a difficulty and hesitancy in starting new projects or relationships. This
will also happen when Klotho is activated by transit; the usual go-getter can
experience unexplainable resistance to what is usually a normal process.

Lachesis indicates how you will plant the seed and whatever hurdles need to be
surmounted, or will be thrust upon you on the path to producing a fruitful crop. Natal
aspects to Lachesis highlight areas where you will continually hit a brick wall and

In the natal chart, Psyche symbolises many things. You have the romantic love at
first sight scenario, you have the dedication to the one you fall in love with, you have
the running through hoops to prove your love and you also have the harsh figure of
jealousy and manipulation, which disrupts the course of true love. Apart from the
obvious romantic lilt with Psyche, one part of the myth must be noted and that was
Psyche’s initial ability to ‘see’ Eros when he first came to cast a spell over her. Here,
the Psyche individual has the natural ability to see through the surface facade of new
attractions.

Being in search of ’the one’,  is the goal of the Psyche individual, and they find it
difficult, if impossible to let go of their perception of the possible potential of a
