    Floor standing enclosures Multicompact - MT

    Overview
    Technical features
    Monobloc floor standing enclosure in sheet steel
    made from a structure with 6 folds profile, which
    gives strong rigidity to the enclosure
    ■ Degree of protection IP55 (EN 60 529)
    ■ Total accessibility to inside
    ■ Front door, 130° opening
    ■ 4 point locking , standard system with double bar
    key
    ■ Version T……C with blind door
    ■ Version T……V with tempered glass door

    Rigidity of the body :


    The production system , the sheet steel thickness 12-
    15-20-25/10 mm and the use of aluminium alloy
    hinges give the enclosure a strong resistance to
    electromechanic stress.

    Self-centering of the door


    Specially designed lock system allows the self-
    centering of the door.

    Finishing
    Before being painted , all the components are treated
    with degreasing ,phosphating,washing, passivating
    and a further washing in demineralized water
    treatment.
    Painting with epoxy-polyester powder at 200°C.
    Texturized finishing colour RAL 7032
    (thickness 70 – 90 micron).

    Types:
    5 different executions, with similar basic
    characteristics, give a wide choice of dimensions and
    equipment installation, able to satisfy all the
    requirements in electromechanic, electronic and
    automation field.

    TC – Modular execution
    Partially mounted execution, supplied in kit, easy and
    quick assembly, gives great advantages for stocking
    and transport .
    Supplied with 2 structure, one with front door, the
    other with back removable panel with screws, with
    profiles for depth adjustment and with 2 covers,
    the top removable one, and the sliding bottom cover
    with gasket. It is possible to put them together in
    battery.
